5 Stars are not enough and can not rate how grateful we are about the execptional service from Sayvin.
I contacted them on their Chat and Juan immediately replied. We had a special challenge: Flying abroad inlcuding addtional luggage and a dog. Especially the transport of the dog was not easy as not all airlines transports pets actually.
We established a Whatts-App conversation, Juan took over this non-standard challenge and looked for best possible solutions with the airlines. Everything was very professional, quick, helpful and at everytime absolutely customer oriented! I never expected such a service in difficult circumstances before and I really had the impression that Sayvin was committed to solve the problem with hughe extra work and not to leave me alone or pass me over to an agent.
I can not express how thankful we are as a family to get that much support from them.
I highly recommend Sayvin´s Services and will definately contact their team again when we have travel plans in Mexico!
