Very good service

Update. The customer service team reached out and resolved the issue. Really friendly and apologetic. If they hadn't needed to reach out it would have been five stars. Ordered two pre-owned games from the company online. One arrived one did not. I received a call from the company a few days before they arrived but as it rang for less than a second I wasnt able to answer.
Called on the day the items arrived, told they didn't have it in stock anymore and hadn't been able to refund it. They had, at that point, made no other attempt to refund it or let me know (despite having my email address).

I left it a week for the refund, nothing arrived. Emailed asking for an update, no response.

Luckily paid by credit card and disputing it and at least now i know to avoid.

I bought a Microsoft surface from Saynama. I had previously been happy with their service. When I got it home the screen battery was dead and could not be recharged, which meant that the two halves could not be separated. I took it back and they said they would have a look at it. They tried everything for a few days, then said that they would replace the battery, which they did. When I got it home the screen was badly fitted and wavy, so it had not been fitted properly and the two halves would still not separate. I asked for my money back, as it was not fit for purpose. This is where he showed his low integrity. First he kept me waiting 15 minutes while he served other customers who came and claimed they were before me, then he said that the screen had been fine when I took it home. I said "Are you telling me that the screen became wavy and badly fitted after I took it away and not because of the screen being opening by you to replace the battery ? He said yes. I said I wanted my money back as it was not fit for purpose, and he claimed he couldn't do it. It seems that they will not give the money back if the product is clearly faulty. This is why I say Low Integrity. Don't buy from them.

Had a replacement internal battery for HP Laptop and was having trouble removing very small screws without stripping the heads. Went into Saynama and having the right tools, they replaced battery for me in few minutes there and then. They did it free of charge and were very helpful and obliging. I'll definately be going back.

Not even a 1 star!!! Avoid avoid avoid and if you do send item back make sure its recorded delivery as they refuse refunds and tell you thwy haven't received it and to take it up with on.buy when actually the phone goes back to them! Very rude you have to keep chasing them down also u get swore at!! They have received the phone back as i have proof and photo by royal mail!! Discusting

Not a one star. If you purchase anything from here online and want to return you best send tracked or they'll just keep your money and blame Royal mail. I'd avoid this seller.

sent me game discs that were so incredibly scratched up it was unbelievable. barely responded to my emails. refused to refund me or provide prepaid postage label for return.

The staff is very professional and friendly. I brought a phone from them and the price is so decent and affordable and they also give me 2 year warranty… I strongly recommend them to all thanks saynama

genuine amazing service and very professional, went to some random shop pretending to be saynama partners, beware. this is a proper store, and all staff are well trained and polite.

i repaired my iphone 12 screen the other shop ruined my face id,

thanks to saynama, they fixed my phone within 1 hr , so glad i found them.

Terrible experience would not recommend selling items to this store after selling to items I was informed I would receive money by the end of the day direct to my account by the following morning I still had not received payment I went back to be told it would be done by 12 still nothing then after calling them I received payment but was not what was agreed which I will be taking further I advise people to go elsewhere when selling items

Amazing shop! I have used this shop to repair an iPhone and laptop. I have also just purchased an Apple Mac laptop. Always really helpful & takes the time to offer solutions at affordable prices. The best place to go in whitton.
