Love Saye!

Great brand and great quality product! I'll be transitioning to barefoot shoes once my current pair dies, so I'm glad they've expanded into those.

Only problem is the quality is so good I'll be waiting a while to buy the next ones!

I never received my order

I never received my order and customer service did not respond anymore regarding my shipping or giving me my money back. First and last time ordering there.

Uncomfortable shoes & costly returns

Shoes are not comfortable at all. Didn't even try both on as a result. For a very expensive shoe, this is pretty poor.

Returns process is shocking too. They make you upload photos of the product before it's approved. And then they deduct £12(!!!!!) from your order for the return shipping.

If you're thinking of trying these out like I was, don't. Expensive mistake.

No order delivery and no customer care

I ordered a pair of shoes on 5 May and paid them online. It is 22 May and the shoes are neither here nor there. I have sent emails, chats and tried to phone Sayebrand. No answers at all. I wonder if the shoes would reach me one day, but I do know that I won't ever buy a new pair to Sayebrand.

Great service

Bought a pair of shoes that arrived within 4 days from the purchase. I wrote at the costumare service and they answered immediately and helped me with my problem, they were extremely polite and efficient. The shoes look stunning, exactly like the in the photos! I was a little skeptical because of some of the negative reviews but actually I was really satisfied of the experience I had

I made an order 11 days ago now and I have not had anything from SAYE about my purchase being dispatched or my order being processed. I have written to their various customer service emails/Instagram requesting an update, but no response. Appalling customer care service, I am now heavily questioning how legitimate this brand is - do not recommend!

Most comfortable
