Always been happy with the flyers

I think I've ordered over 60k flyers now and all have been spot on

I've just ordered double sided flyers so I'll see how they come out

A truly dreadful experience. Do not use this company. Even a single colour business card and they failed on cutting. I've never seen anything quite so bad. My advice would be spend the extra £10-£15 and use your local printer. This lot have no idea and are out their soley to con people.

I ordered 25, 250gsm greetings cards.
They sent me around 150 flyers.
The confusion lay where I had ordered 2 sides which I thought meant, 2 printed sides. I.e. the front image and the back where I would add my website details.
A greetings card by definition is a folded card with space inside to write a message.

All I can assume is that the order was messed up in some way as they sent me 150, but these items are of no use to me as they are not greetings cards.
I also have my doubts that they were not printed on the 250gsm paper stated on the order as they were incredibly flimsy.
I had paid £29.66 for these so called cards and if I had had just 25, I would be arguing how they can charge over £1 each for what they sent me.

Another issue is the poor cutting and packaging. The corners of the aforementioned “flyers” were crumpled as they had been put in a large box and had presumably bounced around this box during transit.

I contacted the company and stated the above. I sent them photographic evidence as they had asked and they essentially stated I needed to send proof that each of them were damaged.
I advised that I wasn’t going to be sending 150 photos of an item that was incorrect and I have heard nothing since.

From reading others reviews, it seems that there are plenty who have had similar bad experiences with this company.

I think this is an unethical and dishonest way of doing business and they should not market something as a greetings card when it clearly is not.

Needless to say I won’t be using this company again and I urge others to do the same to save them from going through this.

I have always had excellent service from Saxoprint, and good value too.

I have used Saxoprint for many years but NEVER AGAIN! The thickness of their greetings card material always was a bit on the thin side but the cards I have just had back from them are just too flimsy to be acceptable and I will have to bin them. They call it 300grms weight but beware, that is weight rather than actual thickness. You write inside the card and it is so thin, an impression is left on the reverse. I complained but got nowhere. Total lack of customer care.

Reliable and efficient. But also great quality and great prices. Thank you.

Whereas that still offer a cost-effective product, bear in mind that their statement of 5 days delivery is simply disingenuous and you have to look very closely at the fine print of the website to realise everything is shipped from Germany with the implications of delays and customs charges.

Their dishonesty in an attempt to retain their UK base (.co.uk, London phone and address) is a breach of trust. It was already a competitive market and UK based alternatives have won this battle.

Dreadful service. Delivery dates are simply guessed by the company and are never met. Forget using customer services as they won't help resolve any issues you may have.

They were a fantastic supplier many years ago but nowhere near that standard now.

Delivery has not arrived on time. Still waiting for it for an imminent event and they cannot say when it will arrive! Customer Service is awful - they do not care. DO NOT USE!!

I had an awful experience with Saxoprint and their customer care department. Unhelpful, uncaring, rude staff with a take it or leave it attitude. UK customers beware... Two week delivery times. Although they show as a London call number they are not based in the UK. Will never deal with this company again.

Easy to use website, competitive price, very happy with Saxo print.

Definitely cheap in some areas - whenever they're late they basically just fob you off. Don't care at all, never any notice given.

Customer service is basically then not doing anything and hoping it sorts itself out, may as well just slap yourself in the face for using them and give your customer a discount.

I love this website - so easy to navigate and place my order :) Have been using this site for over 10 years now and they're quality and service is first class.

Got my order of flyers and half of them had lettering cut off, the other half was fine, their response:
Our complaints department has completed the investigation of your case and has taken the following decision:
Orders are trimmed per block of 250 copies, which is why the cut is not exactly the same on the whole order. will not be reviewed.

So expect your order to arrive with terrible quality and know thats just how it is!
