Almost impossible to get reimbursement
It’s a struggle to get your reimbursement for an order you cancelled due to their unilateral extension of the delivery time. The very responsive customer service disappears once you ask for your money.

Never trust the indicated delivery dates
Never trust the delivery dates on the website, not even the one in the confirmation e-mail they send you. Just go to "etat de commande" and see that the 2-3 weeks delivery suddenly became 13 weeks. Now I'm trying to get a partial reimbursement but who knows when that will be because they run their store like a little family owned shop and not a professional retailer. Anyway, that's a good reminder why you shouldn't order from online shops that do not work with PayPal.
