I was hesitant to order from overseas and have to wait for months not certain I will receive my order. But SawaSawa Shopper gave me confidence since I was paying at their Kenyan office. They kept me informed regularly and even when there were sea shipping delays caused by lockdown restrictions, they contacted me and explained the cause of the delay. I received my order in the same condition it was dispatched. Thank you.
