It's a con

Don't buy anything from savvibuy. They take your money, you never get your items. Then they tell you to go to your bank for a refund. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with this. Thousands of people were left waiting for Christmas presents that never came.

Shut Them down total rip off merchants

Same problem as everyone else, but managed to get my money back through my Bank by using Chargeback. Also contacted Trading Stds for what that was worth. How come the police are not knocking on their door, if I had stole from Savvibuy the police would have been knocking on my door before I had even got home

Complete con artists

Con artists ordered my daughter's main Christmas present from Savvibuy and they kept emailing saying it would arrive and it never did. Imagine my little girls face Christmas morning when the only thing she had asked for never arrived, she was devastated. When I asked for a refund they told me I can't to contact me bank for one as they weren't issuing them. I eventually got my money back off my bank and my daughter got her present late January. SavviBuy should be ashamed of themselves for ruining so many children's Christmasses.

Con merchants

This company conned thousands of people right before Christmas by promising delivery of goods they didn't have in time for Christmas. They have ruined Christmas for families whose children are without their main present because their parents hadn't got the money to replace goods purchased from Savvibuy.com (also called Advance Tech). They haven't even had the decency to refund people's money, just told them to go through their own bank to reclaim it. There ought to be severe consequences for this company.

Do not touch them - They will take your money and run

Ordered an I pad for my girlfriend in late November 2016.

Promised delivery 12 December but no sign.
Cancelled order on 12 December because no proof of despatch forthcoming and they promised to reimburse me - stating the money would be in the bank by 20th December (in writing). Lots of E mail platitudes saying they are reputable especially as they once had a supply agreement with product sold by the Daily Mail (who should perhaps look into this shower of scum bags!)

No sign of the rebate.

Am now chasing the money via my bank who are pursuing Savvibuy for the money.

Complete cowardly, lying , cheating rip-off merchants who had no intention to supply the goods paid for . AVOID THEM!!!

Thieves

OMG. The ONLY thing this company has done quickly and efficiently is take money from my account. Since then, I have not received the ordered item, despite their lies about delivery dates. Once I'd given up all hope of ever receiving the product, I requested a refund. Surprise, surprise no refund has been received. How dare these criminals treat people like this. Shame on you.

A con. Don't use them or AdvancedTech.

They will take your money with no intention of sending the product you purchased and h Me on to the money as long as possible whilst it accrues interest in their bank account. If you get a refund you're lucky, doing a charge back through bank take 45 days plus from putting charge back in. Item purchased 3rd Dec so say get 3 months interest.

Utter crooks

Ordered stock early December for Christmas presents, fobbed off with several delivery dates. Nothing turned up. Sent emails Phonecalls zero response. This company has no intention of delivering the goods or refunding my £175, they just took everyones money. Website is now gone, Phone is disconnected. Utter Robbers, Crooks Fraudsters. Have reported Fraud to bank which I advise everyone to do. Do not let them get away with it Note the money actually went to a company called Advancetec, who presumably are the same Theives and scum that Run the Saviibuy websites. Based in Rochdale. No doubt will pop up with another name soon making same promises. Be aware.

Savvibuy Scammers!

I had been looking for a Michael Kors watch for my daughters Christmas present, a number of companies stated that the particular model I wanted was unavailable, however it was available on the SavviBuy website, so I quickly ordered it on the 19th December (my £174.01 was taken immediately) with the promise that it would arrive before Christmas and was given the delivery date of 23rd December. Obviously I am now writing this review because it didn't turn up and I guess it was never going to! I have only received one e-mail from SavviBuy telling me how to claim a refund, but now after reading the hundreds of other reviews I am just going to go directly to my bank and report to Trading Standards. Cross with myself for not reading the reviews about a company before I ordered (will ALWAYS do that in future!) and note to self... If something seems 'too good to be true' - it usually is!

Full of empty promises

I was repeatedly promised other delivery dates, without ever materialising.
Eventually I cancelled the order and was promised that I would have the funds in my account within 3-5 working days, which was another empty promise!
They aren't responding to any of my communication, and I am still waiting for a refund!!!
Their website is no longer available and all social site contacts are down.

Horrendous customer service - should be shut down!

They don't even deserve one star! Ordered a Christmas present and received an email saying it would be delivered 18-21 December. On 22 - 24 December I repeatedly called and emailed but no response. An automated message promised delivery on 24 December but nothing and then when I called on 27 December it changed to 4-6 January. If you try and get a refund you just get an automated message saying to use chargeback but that is not guaranteed. A disgraceful way to operate. Why have the police not got involved? So many people have had their Christmases ruined!!! I want them to contact all their customers and explain themselves. Will never use them again that's for sure as nothing better than common thieves!!
