Professional bandits

I book the car paying 100€ but i didn't receive any voucher, i talked by WhatsApp with a person that talked very bad English that confirmed my booking. Arrived in Tanger i didn't find the office, only after 2 hours someone arrived bringing me a car in awful condition and asking me a huge deposit that i couldn't pay. So i decided to not take the money. They assured me they would give me back the 100. I talked with someone on WhatsApp (they said it was impossible to call them) for a couple of day, but then they stop to answer me. Of course they didn't give me back the 100€

never turned up

going to Heathrow - crucial they are on time as they know its for a flight. I called 2 min after appointed time as they havnt turned up or texted. After third attempt they picked up claiming they are out of cars/drivers and cant make it.

HONESTLY WORST company ever!!! They claimed their system should have sent a cancellation email but I received nothing!! Company is called Called Savoy cars.. something.

And this is not first time this happened to me using this service. Im really doubting if I will ever use them again. Not worth it!!
