Wish I had read the reviews first
Wish I had read the reviews first. I would never have gone near them. Still waiting for jumper I ordered on 2nd of February..
Don’t go near this company
Don’t go near this company! Absolutely terrible quality products, bad service, fake company address. They asked me to return the item to China or I wouldn’t receive a refund. The item came back months later unclaimed and no refund and out of pocket for the postage.
There is NO Savira in London or anywhere…
There is NO Savira in London or anywhere else probably. It's just a total SCAM
terrible quality
terrible quality. didn’t fit me properly so asked for a refund. said they can give me 15 percent back even though i said the dress doesn’t fit me at all. still have not gotten any money back. DO NOT BUT FROM THEM.
Poor quality. Impossible returns
Really awful. Clothes quality was poor so I tried to return.
They advertise as no quibble returns but offered me 20% or to return to China at my expense. (Cost £20).
I tracked the parcel and it got stuck in China for more than 3 months and this week the parcel arrived back st my house. It's an utter scam!
They don't even email back ive had two…
They don't even email back ive had two rings from there both gone rusty they won't answer digusting ive been through cancer really upset
A scam for sure
A scam for sure. I substantiate every comment made by previous reviewers. What is needed is one of those legal firms to go after them and sue them for breaching UK consumer laws. What a bunch of idiots!
I wish I could give it 0 stars
I wish I could give it 0 stars. I ordered a dress which I’d seen advertised on TikTok. It came in the cheapest, worst material. It never came with a delivery confirmation. I’ve emailed the company multiple times asking for a refund and nothing has come of it. Total scammers
Deserves 0 stars
Deserves 0 stars. I now have no emails being accepted by them. No way of contacting them. I was asked to go to post office to send to China and it cost more than the item
And assured thy can pay me a partial refund. As I perused it we managed to get up to 80% refund. Now the item
Jas not been refunded I have an item that looks like a child has designed it and nothing like the image quality. I wish I’d have checked all the 1 star reviews of this scam before!. The website is so well done it fooled me. So angry right now
Don't use .
Poor quality .took nearly 4 weeks to get here ...it's definitely not ...of London .
False advertising. Nothing on how to return .very disappointed.
Not even worth 1 star
I honestly wouldn't even give them 1 star if I had a choice, poor quality cheap material, advert said it was linen, it definitely isnt. No info on how to wash, company leads you to believe you are buying in UK, instead they come from China and take over 3 weeks to arrive. I won't be buying from any Facebook adverts again. What a load of rubbish a real con!
If anyone else gets caught out by this company contact citizens advice, they can help.
Diabolical company false advertising…
Diabolical company false advertising the garment looked nothing like what was ordered and they want you to pay to return it to China. Apparently it went through quality control ? I will never use this company again and I’m still waiting my 35% credit because I refuse to pay to return it tracked to China. Company needs closing down!
Scammed by Savira of London
The jumpsuit arrived after 14 days and was nothing like the photo. Cheap floppy fabric, cheap white plastic buttons instead of metal fasteners. Fabric was a dark dark with stripes and flowers (not what I ordered) and stitching was poorly done in white thread. Bottoms were wide and baggy instead of straight. There was a strange seam across the middle. I would never wear this garment out in public and worry what chemicals are on/in the strange material. I never buy online - until now. I’m always worrying about scams and cannot believe that I didn’t check them out first. What worries me the most is what they can do with my debit card details. I’m not working, since my cancer diagnosis and money is tight. This has left me stressed out and worried sick. The garment is not fit for a dish rag. This is because I don’t sleep properly at night and obviously found their site on Facebook at 3:00am and fell in love with the jumpsuit and did not practice due diligence. Shame on them, shame on me.

Stay away awful!!
Like many others I would give less stars if I could!!!
Where to start... some what to my astonishment I got got caught out by what looked like a bargain, yep too good to be true.
Lots of lovely colourful pictures of these amazing dungarees all at a greater than half price reduction because after years of business they're are closing the business. Quoted as normally retailing at £80 i purchased what I expected to be good quality dungarees at a bargain price of £29.95. Followed up almost immediately by a friendly email saying order was being processed, something aboutvhow each order is carefully checked to ensure its quality. Shortly afterwards I had an email saying g it was ready to be shipped followed up by another email a few hours later saying they were still quality checking it, after this i heard nothing for a few days and then got an email to say it was being dispatched and they would let me have a tracking number, silence once again and I went back and re read the email which suggested I downloaded the shop app to track. Which I then did at which point I discovered they were being g shipped from China que huge guilt as this is something I normally very to avoid. Nearly three weeks after they were ordered having travelled via what appeared to be the USA they rocked up in the south west. To put it bluntly the garment is not fit for purpose mate our of some sort of mixed fabric the wrong size , no labels indicating size care or anything I've come to expect with ethically crafted garments and definitely appealing quality for something purported to retail at £80. At this point I contacted savira to explain all of the above and was asked to send photos of the poor quality garment. Having explained I was happy to do so but I did t know what they would show up the respi ce was o e of three options I could return to China for a refund, keep the garment and have a 20% refund or keep the garment but get 50% off in store. Following on from my responce to this asking for exact details on the returns process to China which I would have to fund including specific customs detail and oh yes tracked delivery only then would I get a refund, they upped their offer to 75% off in store or 30% refund. I opted for the later but have subsequently discovered that some people stood the ground more than I did and gained a better deal. I would recommend this company to my worst enemy I had a bad feeling from early on in the process and this only got worse. I have no proof but for a company which says its london based I would question why im receiving responses to my contact at 2.30am
Do not buy!!
I echo everyone of these comments from everyone.
I managed to get them to a 75% refund (13 emails later saying the same thing) I was loosing the will to continue with the emails.
But sounds like you can go elsewhere for a full refund via c/c company or PayPal.
Savira London (ha ha)
Savira London (ha ha, they are a Chinese company), refused to give me a refund. I returned the item, tracked to their Birmingham office. They confirmed they’d received it, but said no refund because I didn’t return it to China! I took it up with PayPal and they have refunded me in full.
Don't buy from this company
The item of clothing did not look anything like its picture online and did not match its description. The company has broken uk consumer law and still won't give my money back
Don't waste your time looking
Don't waste your time looking. Biggest scam will take your money an send crap in return!
Products from China! Rubbish and no way to return!
Do not buy anything from this company…
Do not buy anything from this company as the quality of the product is just terrible they will not give a refund or reply absolute scam
I wish I could give lower rating
I wish I could give lower rating. Bought a jumpsuit for £30- it’s taken over two weeks to be delivered and looks like it’s been made from an old duvet cover- it’s a poorly stitched cotton garment with button fastening when the advert shows a different clip fastening. It looks like a poor amateur home made item
