We are really sorry to hear that you’ve had this experience. It’s absolutely frustrating when a brand-new pair of gloves shows heavy wear after just one game, and we completely understand why you'd be disappointed.
To provide elite-level grip, our gloves feature professional-grade contact latex. The natural trade-off for that extreme grip is that the latex is quite delicate. If the gloves are used Dry or on harsh surfaces like artificial turf, Abrasion tears and peeling can happen almost immediately. The good news is that this is usually just cosmetic, and the grip on the rest of the palm will still perform flawlessly!
We completely respect your decision to decline the discount code we offered to help you. We just want to reiterate that our team is always here to help goalkeepers find the right gear and understand how to maximize its lifespan.

Outstanding customer service, ridiculously quick shipping (UK to USA took about 3 days!!!!) and an amazing product! I've used many different brands of gloves over the years, and these are the best I've ever used! My son received his first pair of gloves from Saviour GK (and my 2nd pair) and LOVES them too. As long as you look after them and wash them regularly, they remain sticky. Higly recommend this company and their product! :)
