I had a similar bad experience with…

I had a similar bad experience with this company. I purchased a hat as a Christmas gift but needed to make a return. I reached out to them with no reply. They do not have customer service. Their website shows no access to customer service. This company is somewhat of a scam. I understand if they were straightforward with a do not return policy, but their website states that they do allow returns. I advise no one to purchase or support this company as they are swindlers.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Places an order for a sweater back on 10/16/25. I was charged $36 and I never received the sweater. I’ve emailed and messaged the company for an update. Zero responses. I asked for an update on IG, and they deleted my comment. I just want to cancel and get a refund, but that means a response is required. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Poor quality, non-existent customer service

Bought a HAIL hat last season and loved it, including the personalized note in box.
This season ordered two HAIL sweatshirts and was very disappointed all around. They took over 6 weeks to arrive. Were cheap,Hanes sweatshirts with the screenprinted logos not matching up. They didn't match each other and one sweatshirt the logos were off centered from each other, you could see white behind.
Reached out via email to figure out how to return. No response.
Found return info on the site, went through their steps. No response. Third email ignored. Hence my review. Unfortunate.
