Having been bombarded with Utility and Energy company cowboys for over 10 years we may have found an actual honest broker. They gave good advice, got us a decent deal in the current turbulent market and managed to action a credit amount back to our account that British Gas missed.

Toni from USG has been excellent with the level of service and assistance of switching our accounts that was extremely difficult from our current supplier who has tried everything to stop this from going forward.

USG have been excellent with the tariffs that will help us on our move towards net zero.

Excellent five-star service received from Toni Ireland regarding finding the right 3-year gas and electric contracts for the small charity of which I am the Chair. She was patient, very much on top of her brief and explained the technical issues without using jargon. She was also up to speed on the various geopolitical issues that are impacting on wholesale gas/electric prices. As they say in Scotland, very well done lassie.

Get plenty of calls from so called energy saving experts and from experience I have learned not to trust as they usually give bad advise and service but not with Toni she didn't give me the hard sell just fantastic advise.Not only a great deal but proper back up customer service.

Very happy with all that has happened thank to Toni. It's a mine field out there but Toni brought things back to sensible measures. It will be some time before the actual rates kick-in but Toni promised to keep in touch and has certainly done so.
