It’s been a week and still no update on order. How can I give a survey?

It’s been almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my order

I never received my order :(
This is a great company im sure!! And I love what you stand for however I didn’t receive your product

When I first ordered, I emailed the company with some questions about my order, but I never got an email back. I never received my straw or a refund.

Package didn't arrive.
Tracking says that due to the package not having a correct phone number or address on it (which I did submit correctly at checkout) teh package would most likely be sent back to sender.
There is no costumer service or support on the website to try figure out what can be done.

They're great at what they do.

Ordered over a week and still not shipped

Unless I somehow missed it, I didn’t get a notice that my order was shipped. It took a little longer to reach me than expected, but the quality and packaging (nicely designed straw holder!) made up fir it.

I ordered on February 13th and my order is still in 'Pre Shipment' for some reason, yet I am still constantly getting emails asking to review my experience when I haven't recieved anything yet. :(

Was looking for a way for my family to cut back on its plastic consumption. My kids love using straws but I wanted to find something reusable. Came across Save The Turtles on Google and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Delivery was delayed a few days, but that was understandable with the holiday rush. Will definitely be back for more reusable items in the future!

I ordered a package of reusable grocery bags on November 30th, with the intent for them to arrive before Christmas. As of December 24th, I still had not received the package - it had not even been dispatched! I sent an email to customer service inquiring where my package is. I got no response. I sent a follow up email a week later, and still no one responded! This is ridiculous. I still do not have my package. They gladly took my money and did not send me the item. I will never be ordering from them again.

I ordered a telescopic straw and I have recites and everything. I ordered it in August 2020 and they're saying it got delivered but I haven't got it. I tried to mail them lots of times without any answer at all. This is totally ridiculous.

I didn't receive the product, and I didn't get a refund.
I also wrote an email and sent the Instagram DM as well, but I cannot receive any reply.
I ordered in August 2020.

Ordered them on November and they never sent me my items. Emailed them for 2 months and never get a reply back and won’t send me my money back. Absolutely ridiculous

I had bought an 18 dollar straw (rose gold) for my girlfriend's birthday, I have made this purchase in November and haven't gotten my order yet still, and it's January 2021. AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY, I have left 2 emails and yet no response or anything. This website is a complete joke and scam and a waste of time. Literally DISASIFIED and will not be doing any business with them.

I still have not gotten them and it’s been more than 7 business days

I never received my order. Then I placed a second order and never received that either. So now I’m down approx $50. I have no straws. If they ever appear, I will have 3 straws delivered, two with the same color, which is not what I wanted. I sent an email regarding this situation and a reply or confirmation was never sent back. Very unprofessional.
