The sauna box exceeded my expectations and I have high ones:)

SaunaBox is the real deal. I use it daily after workouts and long 12 hour work shifts. This helps me recover fast, clear my head, and stay dialed in. It has a clean design, no fluff, just performance. If you take your discipline seriously, this belongs in your setup.

The Saunabox was delivered in great time. Once I got it, was easy to put together and once set up, I jumped in. I find that it takes almost 20 min to get the 'window' steamy, but this gives me time to get everything set up. Works great and I usually set temp at 6. I just rec'd the fan and now I may have to back it back to 5 as it really gets the hot air moving around. Have had for almost 2 months and use it on average 5 days/week and no issues. I do use only distilled water in the unit (bought a distiller machine).

Love my Saunabox! Have had it for over a year now and I’m still addicted to it. Great product and price point. Customer service is helpful and quick to respond. Don’t know how I lived without a sauna at home before. 100% recommend

The setup was a breeze. Used the slightest amount of olive oil to get a couple of curved bars through their sleeves.

I keep my PlungeBox on my outside patio and even with the sun hitting it in the morning, the water was still cold when I got in.

Overall, this has been great to have. Easy to put together, insulated and the shopping plus shipping experience was great.

I recieved a sauna box for Christmas. It was great for the first six months! The portable steam unit stopped working the middle of May. It is now the end of June and I’m still waiting on a replacement. Haven’t used the sauna in over a month. Customer service is awful.

About three weeks later, the heater stopped working. I contacted customer support, and they asked for videos demonstrating the issue. After providing all the required evidence, they confirmed they would send a replacement unit.

Unfortunately, it has now been over three months without any follow-up or delivery. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this product. The customer service has been extremely poor, and the quality of the heater unit appears to be unreliable.

Horrible product. They do not stand behind their product. My heating unit went out after two weeks and they will not honor the warranty. I would suggest not using this product unless you don’t care about a warranty and poor quality.. Kent Trimbach

the product is garbage and customer service might be the worst i have ever experienced lasted maybe less then 10 times using it ,Emailed customer service told them it stopped heating up ,they told me to take a video of the unit not heating up ,instead of sending a call tag to pick up unit and sending me a new one ,total garbage company

The customer service I received was beyond -any companies I have ever dealt with. They responded in a prompt manner and within 5 minutes of each email. And not only was my sauna box past warranty date but they actually still allowed the warranty claim. I am so beyond impressed with the support I received.

I had a friend that raved about this product, I was skeptical at 1st until a co-worker had nothing but good things to say. I have now owned a SuanaBox for over a year and couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase one. I use it almost daily and feel nice and relaxed after I use it. I highly recommend this product!

I use the sauna box and cold plunge almost daily. They are both an important part of recovery for me. The setup couldn't be easier and the products last a long time.

This company is AMAZING! I bought the sauna box kit pro last year and use it daily. It’s holding up strong with absolutely ZERO issues. I also own the plunge box XL and I can’t get enough of it! Plenty of room for me (6’3” 220 lbs) and so comfortable to recover in. I couldn’t say more positive things about this product and the company. They have an excellent support team and I highly recommend them! Buy their products!

It’s a great product that works great. Takes 15-20 mins to steam up. I have an in house filter so that helps with the water. Overall I love it and use it 2-3 times a week. Avoid putting on a carpeted area. Basement slab or garage slab would be best.

This sauna was great for the price and for the connivence of being able to plug in. It got hot and steamy when in there. It does go through a good amount of distilled water - be prepared for that, but it is worth it. Thanks for making this product!

Easy set up and works better than I imagined. I've had it for over a year now and have had no issues. Bought a second one for my nephew, who loves it also.

My Saunabox is the best investment I’ve made in a long time. The easy setup makes it really convenient for our small home. I was also quite surprised by the level of heat it produced. I’m happy with my purchase and will be a Saunabox user for many years to come.
