Clearly a scam...never sent me discs despite constant requests. Am now attempting to stop payment. Avoid!!

Extremely disappointing, first Disc I received wiped my existing Maps cleans then did not install so I got in touch and they said they would send me another one (this never arrived) anyway after a few attempts they eventually sent me a replacement disk which immediately showed "Internal Error" as soon as I tried to install it - So got in touch again and told them I had no maps at all and they said they would send me a disk to recover my original maps and when this arrived I tried to install it and again it said "Internal Error"
I have now sent my Unit to a Sat Nav Specialist and it has cost me £205 to have Satellite Navigation up and running as it should but the good news is Satnavdisc have refunded my £49.99
Would I recommend them "Definitely NO"

Scam site. Does not deliver, does not answer emails or anything. They don't have any social media accounts or so. I got my money back by paypal refund. They didn't answer even at the paypal refund case messages.

I'd give it 0 if possible - more expensive than other sites and a nightmare to try to talk to. SD Cards arrived with stern warning noit to install until instructions received separately. (What?) Sent multiple emails asking for the instructions but nothing happened until I threatened to return the software. Instructions by email followed quickly, but after several attempts to install the map update, nothing but failure. Obviously the wrong or defective SD cards. Have asked for instructions again, but I'm not holding my breath. Will order from satnavishop.co.uk (cheaper anyway) then seek a refund through Paypal.

They never respond to enquiries. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Used them earlier this year to obtain sd card for daughters VW, excellent, came quickly and bang up to date.
This time ordered new sd card for my vehicle total disaster, we are now at three weeks and no sign of card, even allowing for Christmas, they reckon to get card to you within 3-5 days! Two emails to them, no reply, two phone calls no answer. Will give till next week and then will have to raise a dispute through pay pal. Not at all happy, especially after previous experience was so good.

The disc came extremely quickly but unfortunately although it fits in the slot it is not compatible with my satnav.
There was no invoice in the package so I have no address or telephone number to contact the company. I have eemailed tham and have had absolutely no response.

Their communication before I purchased was great, answering my query quickly. I received the disk by post when promised and it is installed and working as it should. I now have an updated satnav 😁

After I left my bad feedback bcos of my not pleasant experience with the company they contacted me back. We agreed I can try another card. As promised they sent me one which shows 2018/19. Hopefully this one 'll last longer than 1 month.

Used them twice - first time perfect. second time, disc is unreadable. i have tried to get a return address but they don't answer email, phone or text!! So no guarantee, no refund, no swap - NOTHING but frustration.

They never send you anything. Don't order from this company :) It's just a fake site. Because the orders are usually low price, not many people want to complain.

never received my package! asked paypal to return my money back. Beware this site!

Their website stated that it was a 2017/18 update disk. However, the maps I received were several years out of date and I was not satisfied. Tried to return the disc for a refund but they wouldn't provide an address. Had to resort to making a claim through PayPal to get my money back.
