I tried to use satispay for a month or so and decided to stop using them for several reasons:
1. non existent customer service. I opened a ticket for a transfer to top up my satispay account but it never reached me. They also never replied to my customer support ticket.
2. they gave me a 'credit' without me requesting it of EUR 50 and now are asking for it back. I did not use their credit. How is this even legal?
3. they do not communicate in language that is understandable and are not able to explain the issue.
4. They authorise the payment without my as a customer authorisation!

I have been using satispay for a long time,i use iy every day with easy and speed.During the transition to a new smartphone,the account was blocked,but the prompt intervention of the customer service,solved the problem.Keep it up you are a strong and reliable group.A fantastic app.Francesco

The speed with which you solved my problem

easy to use, quick and comfortable. and for the shop it's usually less expensive than any POS. there are just a couple of small issues: weak internet connections may create trouble, but it's rare, and if by chance you give the money to the wrong shop it will be often authomatically accepted. It happened to me once, but the assistance was very good and I had quickly and easily my money back

Extremely comfortable to use. Highly appreciated the ease and speed with which money can be exchanged between Satispay users.
All that is missing is the ability to see in real time the transitions of minors connected to a parent's account and it would be perfect.
Also nice are the small cashbacks that can be obtained in certain cases

I requested a refund for some failed transaction and the Customer Service was so good that I was also able to get refunded also for a previous failed transaction.

Outstanding

I find payment, both as a consumer and as a merchant, much simpler and more intuitive... and much cheaper!!

I recommend everyone to use Satispay because installing the app is super easy, there are no fees for private users and it is very convenient for payment transactions whenever you are out and about without a wallet, only with the smartphone in your pocket!

I use Satispay for many years now and even in places where I cannot actively use it for lack of businesses, I can still find it useful to send money to friends or take care of small savings. I imagine to use it even more in the future as more and more shops are starting to adopt it. I always feel safe in using it and I always try to convince others to get it. great job

It Is Onlus 3 months I have used Satispay. It Is vert simple and confortable tò use. I recommend It. I only had one problem with "Invite a Friend", but It was brilliantly solved by the Assistance team.

Satispay it’s just a great system for payments and savings. A flawless and easy user interface for a great experience. I’ve been using it since the beginning and not investing any longer in traditional banking apps.
