I had a specific fiscal query and satispay customer care just answered me in just few hours with the correct answers.

Easy to use, now more supported in the shops, I hope it will become a standard. Support assistance is also good.I received a very useful support from Satispay after an involuntryt payment to wrong shop. The payment was accepted automatically and the shop was no more active from 1 year and I couldn't ask to check the payments.
It was a really nice surprise to receive back my money in 24 hours and I really appreciate this support.

I had some (normal) problems after changed my IBAN account in the Satispay app …. In few min they solved it…. Very fast, very nice , all perfect

I have made a transaction on 21 january 3pm from my satispay account to my wise bank account, it was my worst decision ever to make a satispay account, I did not received my money till now,its 27 january today, I contacted customer service 3,4 times and they asked me to wait. This is bullshit. Ppl dont use satispay ever or you will be stuck when you really need to access your money.

It's the best app and company I ever used.
Always useful and plenty of services with few clicks you pay anything you need.

They understood the problem, were reliable and helpful. Probably not as fast as I would have liked -the payment I could not make had a strict deadline six hours later, they replied 8 hours later- but their response was fully satisfactory.
