Customer care very good. Services too. It’s a pity that Satispay is not available in all shops and in all countries.

A few ago, during crash-line of my debit card, i used satispay in alternative to pay my shopping. Now i prefer use satispay, where it's possible, than debit card.
Good assistance to suppliers.
Interesting possibility to invest money.

I found this financial company 3 days ago when I made a search in Google. Then I made an application. During the application process, their services were not as effective as I expected, more slow, inefficient improper and inadequate,in the mean time they requested more documents, all were uploaded then yesterday I received from their compliance team the following message :"Reminder that your info has been verified. Open your "Profile" section of Satispay and follow the instructions to activate your account.".. I followed all instructions successfully and last night my account was activated but today all of sudden the account was deactivated without revealing proper accurate reasons.. This company s compliance team and relevant teams do not offer proper accurate services.. It is all troubled. It is so risky for our money if we opt for such improperly managed financial institutions.. Better to stay away from this... You can find better ones on the net. I did reach out to them though email, many times before but no support offered so they terminated the account.. It s too late now.. They won't open again.. IfvThey want to correct the mistake they can reach me through email
