Install was lovely went over and above to help with the install lovely guy and finished in a quick fashion

The installer was brilliant a true professional who new exactly what he had to do and explained what he was going to do. As for the reception quality I regret not getting Starlink earlier. Chatting to my son in Australia is no longer a task of standing outside in the rain at the top of the garden. Its brilliant.

Arrived on time. Made the job seem easy. Polite etc. Couldn't really ask for more.

All fitted great and have very good signal. Made sure it was fitted in the right place. Very quick too. Thank you all.

Sat works have been excellent from start to finish, the initial email stated that it would be around a 2 week lead time, but an engineer was able to attend after 4 days, Richard is a clear professional with his work, we looked at where the dish should go and the installation was completed to a high standard and every was neatly installed and no mess was left, the whole installation was completed in around 30 mins and then set up was around 40 mins due to a storm passing overhead.

Overall i am very happy with Sat Works and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service, the installer, Andrew, was professional, courteous and informative , can’t fault him , listened to our requirements, surveyed the property and advised best options, System working brilliantly, should have done it much sooner instead of putting up with slow wi-fi for years

Jonathan was ontime , very polite and installation very tidy , cables managed well and signal working great at 100mbps ( with mesh system from deco , which I needed to cover full house capacity )

The Engineer was very helpful and professional in every aspect in his work. Took the time to explain to me the various options available and explained very well in how everything worked. Also vey tidy in his work and cleared up whatever mess he created.

They arrived mid morning and got straight to the job in hand, nothing was to much for them and the signal we got was brilliant very professional.

From start to completion, the whole communication was excellent.
I received emails advising someone would call, they did!.
I received a call again 2 days prior to the due date to check I had received my equipment. I had.
A text the night before from the engineer (Mark), very courteous and polite too, confirming his expected time of arrival!.
Mark then called the next morning to say he was near by but early, he could either wait for the arranged time or earlier...Wow!
He was thorough, clean, very friendly and knowledgeable.
All round fantastic experience, Thank you Sat-Works. You did good! And, we're extremely happy now we can stream without the wheel! ;)

Great service from start to finish. Excellent communication all the way through

The Sat-Work installer phoned earlier to give me an ETA and arrived on time and had a good attitude and he got straight onto the job. Found the right attitude for the dish and fitted it to my roof. He explained what I had to do next with the Router etc. Very efficient and businesslike, nice chap ( I'm sorry but I didn't catch his name)

Howard was just so friendly and professional throughout the whole installation. No quibble, no qualms about location of the satellite, all done with no fuss or drama at all.

Engineer was absolutely brilliant. Informative, knew exactly what he was doing and the install looks tidy inside and out. Also set my router up for me and gave me some tips on how to best improve my coverage around the house. Couldn’t recommend this company enough.

great communications before and during. they had to reschedule the appt (with no fuss) as the kit hadnt arrived on the day - did it following day. Smooth, easy and done in about 1 hour, very good
