I originally had a really bad experience with their subscription service as I know a few people have had a similar problem with being signed up without seeing.
After quite a few emails and a battle the owner eventually solved the problem.
That aside: I do like all the nails and find them cute and easy to apply. I often get complemented on my nails.

I really like the wraps and they last very well, I do a lot of cleaning and they have with stood all of it daily without coming off, they are easy to apply and to remove and I have noticed my nails are starting feel a lot stronger.

I love the feeling of personalized attention via email communication.

My first time and not a whiff of nail polish or remover and not the possibility of spilling anything. Found my 1st attempt on myself fuss free and it did last. Naked ambition was my 2nd attempt - seem to give a poorer look than the pinks/ blush colours. One thing I will say- heating up the polish for really does make a difference when applying. Didn’t get 5 stars because of the sneaky auto subscription- blocked and hopefully now cancelled - really really annoying. Your product is really a treat to use and gives me real confidence to maintain my nails with colour rather than keeping my nails with just a clear base coat. It’s your method of involuntary subscribing that really has miffed me off that you don’t get 5 stars!

This company is a scam. At no time did I opt into a subscription. They claim they will provide a 3-day notice for a subscription renew (that I did not subscribe to); this did not occur. Suddenly, I saw a charge on my account and a day later I got an email.

The company is resisting all efforts to cancel, refund and unsubscribe from their spam.

AVOID.

First time using it, just shaping it to my nail was new to me and hopefully it’ll stick for two weeks. It’s been two days and it’s still good. The second time around I should do better. One thing I don’t have to wait till the nail polish dries.

Love the colour, good adhesion, easy to apply. One problem is that it started fraying a bit at the edges after about one week. My nails are very thin and splitting a bit after having acrylics for a long time but the wraps are super helpful at protecting them while I grow them out. I’m excited to try some of the fun patterns once my nails are longer and stronger

I was very excited to use this product. Once received, I found it difficult to use. I tried returning it and was told since it is flammable product I couldn't return through the USPS.Trying to return through UPS would be over 200.00. Customer service was terrible and unhelpful . I had sent several emails with the same reply trying to have me keep the product. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review .

I cannot figure out how to find items for my toes. The only way I got anything for my toes is through checkout when it recommended it to me. I would have liked to look through and find more toe items.

I really love these nails! They are better than regular polish (which chip after 2 days) and I love that my nails still feel real. I do wish that there were more varied sizes of the polish strips available -- my nails fan out from the base to the tips so the ovals end up being a bit narrow for me if I fit the strips to the base of my nail. I worry how obvious this will be with darker colors. Also, the polish has completely worn away from the tips after three days; again, it's not as noticeable with a lighter color but I fear it will be obvious with darker colors.

I was disappointed with this company from the start. As soon as I received my first package, I contacted customer service because I wasn't impressed with the quality of the product. They refunded the one item I had tried, but if I wanted to return the remaining unopened products, I had to pay the return shipping myself.

It gets worse. I also clearly told them during that first interaction that I wanted to cancel my subscription. They failed to do so, and another shipment was sent anyway. Now they're telling me I can return it—but once again, only if I pay the return shipping for a package I never wanted in the first place because they didn't process my cancellation.

The refund and subscription policies feel designed to make returns difficult and expensive for customers. In my experience, these are shady business practices, and I won't be ordering from them again.

Great product! My fingernails never looked better. I was able to make the purchase and track the shipment easily.

Like the product but trimming the excess on my right hand was a challenge and the included nail scissors would not work. Self application is a bit of a challenge

couldnt see anything in cart when I went back to it as got side tracked so put order in cart again to see previous was there so annoying that couldn't view cart in first place.
I clicked not to subscribe then when got order confirmation showed i was subscribing then had to find a way to unsubscribe which I did eventually after a bit of a panic . as did not want to sign up to a subscription
tried first set of nail wrap didn't look too bad a first but by morning looks like they have shrunk
