Bought an electric blanket from this company which after 3 months has stopped working ,have emailed numerous times without reply , as a matter of principle will be seeking a county court judgement against them ,do not purchase from this company

Do not use this company whatsoever .Bought a hot tub through ebay last summer 2021. Used it for a couple of months . Paid £479.95 . Stored it away for the winter in an outhouse but when I re-inflated it and filled it the main seam at the bottom had come apart leaking air over a couple of hours . E mailed 3 times no reply . Wrote a letter stating my consumer rights ( copied from Which ) Still no reply .
Wondering what to do next . Small claims court I suppose .

This company is really bad for replying to you. I've sent 4 messages still waiting for reply. Asked for return label 5 days ago still waiting . Dont deal with them

I perched a air fryer from this company which the rotisserie stopped working and sounded like a bag of bolts sent them a email witch they replied to and asked for pictures witch I sent and sent again and email them time and time again to no avail. Don’t get anything from this company as you will not have any come back and they don’t give a monkeys

What can I say that hasn't already been said??!! What an abhorrent company. Purchased a Livivo electric blanket from them. Used for approx four months. Got it out for this winter and it didn't work properly. Contacted them well within 12 months (numerous times) and no response whatsoever. Cant speak to them. Won't respond to emails or messages through eBay. Scammers I'm sure. But what can I say that hasn't already been said in many other reviews. Livivo themselves are no better at getting back to you even though it is there product. Shocking customer service and products. Will avoid at all costs in the future!!!!

These people shouldn't be trading, got a faulty patio heater, cannot get them to respond to any emails, and the fact there is no phone number should tell you everything about these cowboys.

Ordered an item from sashtime via eBay, delivery was not as stated so requested to cancel Item, they replied saying it was out for delivery. Took another few days ! It has been returned , and I am still waiting on a refund .Over 1month later . Customer Service is shocking to say the least. I will now use payment company to get my refund. Very disappointed in this company. Will not use them again.

Best advice I can give is stay well clear order at your own peril

The item hasnt shipped yet, i have contacted this company multiple times and no response so far. I dont know about the quality of the products, but the customer service is very very poor.

Bought 2 sun loungers £102 so not cheap! A screw was missing on one so eventually they we’re reluctant to send a new one (although they were crap) so had a partial refund of £15 but the screws cost me £7. Used 1 lounger 3 times and it ripped in 3 places!! Wanted to send them both back as not fit for purpose and they basically kept it going on and on saying I would have to pay postage. I DO NOT PAY POSTAGE when FAULTY! I have got my money back through PAYPAL. Do not use this company as they are shafters!! eBay should not allow them to trade

I've bought a sun lounger from this company through eBay.
Within a few days the material in the lounger showed signs of fraying and then a screw fell off as I was about to get off the lounger and the lounger collapsed and I fell to the ground.
I've contacted the seller and sent photos but they are refusing to send me a prepaid returns label so I can return the lounger for a refund.
We have asked the seller to pick up the lounger with their courier but they've refused, saying we have to return it through the Post Office.
I cannot start a returns process with eBay because the item hasn't been listed in my purchase history for some reason.
We are prepared to go to the small claims court to get our money back if we have to and I urge other people who have had a similar experience to do the same.

Hands down the worst company ever! They take your money but don’t provide any goods, they won’t respond to any contact, even by trading standards, hopefully they shut them down asap!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Hi I would like to warn you before you buy from this shop. I have paid for my item but never received by Hermes courier comapny, even though the courirer comes to the street to get gps location , never gives the parcel takes it and drives away. This SASH TIME company ignored my email and did not help to solve this problem or give the refund. They stole my money. I do not recommend this shop unless you want to loose the money and being stressed for over a month!!!

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Awful customer service. Bought a washing line from them within a week it was broken. I politely emailed them some pictures and asked for a refund as the product was faulty. After back and forth emails for over a week they asked me to send back the washing line and they would send me a knew one or a partial refund. I don't want a new washing line from them and want a full refund as the product is faulty. And I also don't want to spend more money posting a washing line back to them. Don't buy anything from them they just want your money. I work in customer service and none of my customers would ever receive this treatment.

Extremely disappointed with the quality of this fire pit. Having paid £199.95 for a fire pit I expected a much more stronger/ sturdy item. This fire pit isn’t worth a quarter of the price I paid.

I have since found the same item for sale with other sellers and on other sites between £70.00 - £85.00. This item was advertised as a bbq. The only difference is with this one and what the other didn’t have is a flimsy grill rack that after first use, yes first use, went rusty...

I had searched high and low for a fire pit and not many places had them in stock or the delivery time was June. I ordered this in hope it would be here for a little bbq for my daughters birthday seeing as we couldn’t go out to celebrate.
When it arrived I should have sent it back but in light of the current situation I thought I’d just accept that I’d been ripped off and try to make the best of a bad product.

It is small and flimsy.
It isn’t suitable to bbq on.
The colour is kind of black and looks like someone scrapped off the paint to leave a red mark on the black metal (supposed to be a desired look) it isn’t.
The price is astronomical compared to other sellers
Generally poor quality, won’t last long.
The plastic cover is poor, it doesn’t fit properly and blows off.

One positive - it ‘looks’ nice from a distance especially when the fire logs are lit. But not £199.95 nice

When I messaged the seller they said on this occasion they would refund me £10.00. I explained they had misunderstood my question on price, and I received a message to say that they do not price match.
Again I wasn’t asking for a price match I was asking for an explanation on why they are selling things at such poor quality for extortionate prices. Other sellers are selling the same product so much less.

To customers: Please wait until your local garden centre is re-opened. You will get something better quality for around £50.00, or shop around and be prepared to wait a little longer. Please do not get ripped off like I did.
I’ve looked at reviews for the company and now I wished I looked them up in the first place.

Overpriced hand sanitizer never turned up. Don’t use this company

A truly awful company. Delivered 2 items that were ALREADY damaged when packed! Failed miserably to arrange a proper refund/return and eventually received a full refund from Ebany.
Could not speak more lowly of this company

Left numerous phone messages. Emailed direct. Emailed via ebay. Even got Ebay to contact them.
All totally ignored.
Shocking customer service.
Obvioulsy don't read or learn from previous comments.

I actually don’t think this company even deserves 1 star but couldn’t progress without hitting 1! They are the absolute pits of a company and I don’t think they should even be trading! I received the wrong item (their error not mine!) when ordering via eBay and have email them many many times and they clearly do not read my emails as they just send back the same reply the whole time. I cannot return my item as I cannot get the prepaid label printed that they keep telling me to print, without setting up a paypal account and paying money! It’s gone on for best part of 2 weeks now and I’m sick of it! I just want my money back! Do NOT buy from these people ever!

These people are dishonest, they lie, they have no values, they are just money grabbers. They have disoved a previous company in 2011, this company has been been subject to two compulsory striking off motions. They send out orders short of items, they lie about delivery details, and when found out simply ignore emails (I own a debt collection company, and get work from time to time in Glasgow, so will call in and see how they avoid face to face contact) They trade on ebay selling the same items under two different identities. Ebay do nothing about them, because they are only interested in money for nothing , I strongly suggest you do not deal with them, they have no moral compass, and are only interested in self enrichment.

FYI they are cheap for a reason, the goods are tat.
