This is criminal

Just adding my voice to what is already being said. I don’t believe this company actually has a product. I ordered a purse July 11, 2025. 7 months later I have nothing but irritation. Can’t get a product, can’t get a refund. This seems criminal to me. Absolutely do not purchase from this company

Don’t Do It!!!

I ordered my bags valued at over $300.00 (buy one get one) on November 28, 2025.
I still have not received my ordered. There is no customer service phone number only method of contact has been email. I have been told roughly 10 times through email that my bags are packaged and ready to ship (shipping label was created back in December) at the Toronto warehouse. In this correspondence I have been told every time that it “should ship by end of week or beginning of next” I still do not have my bags. When I asked to have my money back I was then told because it was packaged and ready to ship that wasn’t possible, but could return my ordered once received. I’m pretty certain I will never receive these bags.
This is absolutely ridiculous and I advise anyone else considering an order to save your money as you will never see your purchases or your money back.

MINUS A MILLION STARS!!

MINUS A MILLION STARS!!! Ordered a bag in October as a Christmas present for my mom. After many emails and messages sent through instagram we finally received an email early December saying the bag was going to be sent out later that week. It is now January and we have not received the bag and no updates from the company. We have been ghosted by them. DO NOT order from this company. Scam artists!

Scammers

I only clicked on one star because I had no choice. I would give them a -100. They are a terrible terrible company. They keep giving you excuses for not delivering their product and it takes over three or four months and still waiting, and they refused to give you your money back if you want to cancel. Avoid at all cost they’re terrible terrible business and scammers. Yet they send text messages to you every week about their friggin sales such bullshit.

Terrible company

This company should be avoided at all costs. They will sell you a bag that has not even been produced yet. You will wait months or even years before you get anything, if you get it at all. If you ask for a refund you will not get that either. If you join the facebook community and say anything negative they will kick you off. Also the quality is terrible when you consider the price they charge. Don’t waste your time. I would give zero stars if I could.

Extremely poor customer service

My girlfriend loved her Sash Bag that she bought about 10 years ago, so I thought I would get her a new one.

It has been a complete nightmare dealing with this company. It took over a month to receive our first order, and it was the wrong bag, so we sent it back for a refund. (Order #216559)

We ordered the proper bag, and haven't received it, despite us ordering it 3 months ago. (order# 218343)

So we have paid around $300 CAD for the new bag which we haven't received, and we are owed around $300 CAD which we haven't received.

We have paid this company close to $600, and have absolutely nothing to show for it. We are immensely disappointed, this has been so stressful, and we would recommend not trusting this company based on our experiences.

I preordered my Sash bag in July for…

I preordered my Sash bag in July for $248 and never received an update on shipping. Finally yesterday I got an email stating that due to tariffs they are unable to fulfill my order and I had to pick another bag. I emailed back that I want a refund but that was not one of the choices they offered me. How can they keep my money if I did not receive the product I ordered? I’m very disappointed.

I never received my sash bag

I never received my sash bag. They never emailed me why. I have emailed them several times with NO response. Their phone number does not work. I am very disappointed in their Customer Service.

Ghosted by Customer Service

Too bad there isn’t an option for zero stars. I hadn’t gotten any shipment emails from them, so I used the tracking option on my confirmation email. It said the bag had been delivered that day, but we were home the entire time and we had no deliveries. Also, there was no information about what shipper they used so we can’t verify with the shipping company. I have sent 3 emails, so far, asking for help and then requesting refunds. I haven’t gotten any response at this time.

Avoid Sash Bag – They’re Not Sending Products or Issuing Refunds


I am writing this review to share my extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with Sash Bag. Despite my persistent efforts, I have been unable to resolve significant issues with my orders, leading me to dispute charges with Affirm.

Here's a breakdown of the problems I encountered:

Unfulfilled Orders & Lack of Resolution: My orders were never fulfilled, and Sash Bag consistently refused to provide a clear resolution regarding specific shipping dates or refund confirmations.
Constant Delays & Evasions: My direct requests were repeatedly met with:
Demands to simply "wait."
Suggestions to choose different items than what I originally ordered.
A requirement to wait over one month to receive a full refund for unfulfilled orders.
Irrelevant Excuses & Misinformation: I received a communication (see attachment if applicable) stating, "We sent out a detailed explanation of what's happening with shipping for our Canadian customers." This was completely irrelevant and unacceptable, as I am a USA customer, not Canadian. This demonstrates a pattern of providing misleading or inapplicable excuses to avoid resolution.
Exhausted Patience & Resources: I have spent considerable time and effort attempting to resolve these issues directly with Sash Bag, exhausting my patience and resources in the process.
Forced to Dispute Charges: Due to Sash Bag's refusal to provide a timely and appropriate resolution, I was left with no option but to dispute the charges with Affirm. .
This entire experience has been highly unacceptable, and I strongly advise potential customers to be aware of these issues before purchasing from Sash Bag.

Scam compny

Ordered and received bag. Did not like it. Tried to return for months! A lot of stonewalling from company. They tell me they went bankrupt and to be patient. Rebranded themselves adding other products. I finally get address and form and return the bag. They say warehouse will take two weeks to confirm. I never hear from them again. I filed dispute with my credit card and got credit. Beware this company of ill repute.

I would give no stars if I could

I would give no stars if I could. I purchased 2 pre order bags in April 2024, with the understanding they would be delivered by December 2024. I paid half the amount in Apr/24, and the balance in November/24. I never saw either of the bags , I emailed them several times for a refund, but got back vague responses but nothing about when they would be shipped, only encouragement to buy other bags . They said if I would rather be refunded than wait, don’t go through credit card channels , just ask them directly ( which I did several times ). I eventually called the credit card company to find out that I had missed the refund period on the first payment and had only a few days to make the claim for the second payment. So i was able to get $225 back , but I am still out the original $200, I never received any purse and they abruptly stopped sending or replying to my emails.

WHERE ARE MY BAGS??
I ordered bags that claimed to be “in stock” with a 3 to 5 day shipping window. That was three weeks ago. They are still showing as “not shipped”, and multiple email and messages through their “sash bot concierge” have all gone unanswered. The lack of communication makes me think the “50% off sale” was just a way to raise cash. I’ve asked for an update. I’ve asked for a refund — I ordered over $900 in merchandise. Now, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and pursuing whatever legal avenue I have. Clearly a company that has mismanaged their money and have resorted to stealing. Because, that’s what this is. I have purchased three bags prior to this, and they all arrived quickly and without incident. The lack of communication speaks volumes. It’s simple… Update customers. Be honest and transparent. Or issue a refund!!

Placed an order on January 22

Placed an order on January 22. What is told it takes 5 to 7 business days to ship. It is now February 10 and it still shows not shipped. I reached out to company via email. Still have not gotten a response. I am starting to think that their site is a scam.

Hate the awful smell. Fake leather smells like a dogs anal sac. Tried everything thing to remedy. I am hoping fabric bag does not have same smell.

Feels like a scam

Feels like a scam. I ordered 4 items totaling around $280, all listed as in stock, on January 19th (2024) with 3-5 day shipping. It's now March 3rd and I haven't gotten the items. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times through several methods with no response and I have started the processes to file a charge back. These bags may be great, but I guess I will never know and I DO NOT recommend this company.

Horrible Customer Service

I ordered a bag at the end of January. It was an in stock item with a 3-5 business day shipping period. I added a strap & total was nearly $100. When my 5 business day window was up I reached out to customer service. The response was a screen shot of very small print on some window I could not even find on their website indicating this item was a pre order. When I ordered the item most certainly said 'in stock' I know because I'm moving cross country at the end of Feb & I don't want packages floating about after the move. The email response also noted, I know you're excited, you're not the only one this had happened to but sorry about your luck (basically). I responded with a brief email indicating it was sneaky & I needed to update the shipping address. There was no response. Next day I emailed again requesting to change the shipping address & the email I received was so demeaning, snarky & outright rude that I requested a refund. This 'CEO of customer relations' or something to that affect even made mention of the fact that they aren't Amazon assuming I do business with Amazon. It was a very gross response. That was 2 days ago now & I have yet to hear anything back regarding a refund even though the email said if I don't want the order to let her know. I recognize some smaller companies need the cash flow from pre orders to make the product, fine. Be transparent with your customers & be kind. It really is that simple.

The best purse for a person on the go! Hands free with a totally organized purse! And they are very cool!

Love them and have bought many! Customer service is amazing. I message on Facebook messenger and Cheri resolves instantly any queries.
