My parcel was dumped by my bin and when I got home it had been pinched . Neither delivery group or actual Sase boutique are interested in sorting so that’s £30 down the drain !!

Terrible service , don’t purchase from these as if there is any problems you won’t get you’re money back that’s if you are lucky enough to even receive the items which I didn’t !

Absolutely shocking customer service my return parcel has been lost and there's been no communication back from the company after me emailing saying they need to open a dispute aswell. I would avoid at all costs I am now going to have to claim my money back through my bank. All they are interested in is making money!

Ordered an item and the wrong colour was delivered. No note sent on package and could not find a return address on website! Contacted them and was told to keep it as a goodwill gesture and the correct one will be sent out. Have emailed several times and nothing has been done and they have not responded!

Ordered 2 suits and they didn’t fit so asked for a refund. No response and this was 5 weeks ago. People obviously have had the same problem.
I will be taking this further, they are stealing from customers. Am so angry!!

Scam boutique, Do not use I have ordered with them over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order. I’ve tried emailing and direct messaging them. I will be taking this further. Companies can’t do this to people and get away with it I will be making sure everyone knows to stay clear of this awful boutique.

Absolutely appalling boutique!! Made a £150 order last week and paid for express delivery which says delivery within 1-3 days, it has now been almost 6 day’s and still haven’t received my order or had a response to any of my e-mails have sent numerous emails & instagram messages. I even reached out on their tiktok live where i got muted and blocked!! SCAMMING COMPANY WHO DO NOT SEND OUT THEIR GOODS. BEWARE AND AVOID FROM ORDERING FROM THESE CRIMINALS

Product arrived damaged. I paid to send it back, it was signed for by the company and they have not refunded me. It’s been over a month. I have emailed and messages on social media multiple times…. No response! I wanted to reorder but I won’t knowing this is the customer service.

AVOID this company. No order received. Customer service none existent. Ignored my questions on a live, answered every other question. I tried 15 times. Don't waste your money. First time I have been angry enough to create a trust pilot account just to leave this review. Made dispute with PayPal - also a first time. Lost a potential big customer here.

Avoid using this company. I purchased two dresses through tik tok. The dresses arrived in one package. They were good quality but I didn’t like how they looked on me so I returned both in the same package that they were sent in. They only refunded me for one dress and have refused to answer any of my messages asking about the refund on the second dress.
