Poor service when needed. Avoid!
I bought a pair of Asics jogging shoes from Sarenza in May that broke roughly around 2 months after the purchase and with less then normal usage due to the fact that summer and vacation was on it´s way with sandals and slippers on the feet during that time. That means that I used them at a maximum of ten occasions when the problem began to occur. The company now refuses to replace the pair because they claim the damage is normal given the 2 months since the purchase and that I´ve caused the damage myself. One has to bear in mind that the damage is inside the shoe and around the heel area which makes it even more ridiculous. The company is offering me a 20% discount of my next purchase but will not take responsibility for the previously made.
I could recommend many better and much more serious companies for online shopping but I would absolutely not recommend ordering from Sarenza for any reason.
