I had an issue finding some information…

I had an issue finding some information regarding my account and sent an email to Jesús. He responded immediately and pointed me exactly to what i needed. He was very kind and courteous, as are all the Sarbacane Team who i have dealt with over the last few years.
I have found their service extremely good and would highly recommend them

Good tool, horrible communication

This platform has a lot of possibility, and the overall tools are pretty good. BUT if you need customer assistance, they are nearly impossible to reach.

For example, recently I needed help with the language setting on our Account (it wasn't switching properly).

Neither the chatbot on our Account nor the chatbot on the Sarbacane website were usable...both were simply blank or said it was unavailable.

The US phone number disconnects after you make a selection, no matter which selection you pick. The international phone number is in French (even if you try to select the English option) AND does not allow you to hit any selections; it simply repeats the options twice and disconnects.

I had colleagues in the US and Germany try using the platforms as well to make sure it wasn't just me/my computer.

I was able to reach out via email (though I did find 3 different emails on the Sarbacane website and emailed them all because I wasn't sure which one was accurate.

Overall VERY HARD to reach someone. I ended up scheduling an appointment with a sales rep and referencing the support email which is how my issue was eventually resolved. Once I did finally reach a real person, they were very helpful.

Misleading Support Claims

This company claims to offer support via email and chat, but my experience has been frustrating. Not only does the chat system seem unresponsive, but I couldn't even find the email address for support. It feels like they aren't prioritizing customer assistance, leaving users without clear ways to get help.

If reliable and accessible support is important to you, I’d recommend reconsidering until they improve their communication channels and make their support services truly available.
