I ordered what I needed online and…

I ordered what I needed online and paid. I went to the store a few hours later to pick up items and 3 employees seemed clueless…they said they didn’t receive a slip at store and even thought it went out to lumber yard. I asked if they sell door knobs and asked where to find them and picked up my own order. Not impressed

Great Service

I ordered an item online and mistakenly purchased it from the Saratoga store!
I called them up and asked if I could pick up my item at the Hudson Falls store.
They quickly arranged the transfer and I walked into the HF store and there was my item.
It may not sound like much, but it helped me a lot
