Why you should not buy from Saratoga Cars Ltd
Would not recommend, poor customer service, liars and just a scam, I was trying to purchase a vehicle from Saratoga cars, i travelled 4 hours to view the car, on the day of viewing the car i asked if i could reserve the car while i sort the payment out and i would be ready within a few days. The salesman Simon told me after paying the reservation fee the car would be taken off all sites but that was never honoured, After a couple of days he then reached out to me asking if i wanted to proceed with the purchase, i replied to him the next day, i made him aware that the car was still listed online, and since he was not honouring his own word i would like a refund. He replied and said refunds were not part of their policy, i then replied to him with a screenshot from their own website in the description of the exact car i was looking at (pasted below) which did say they did offer refunds if you viewed the car and for some reason you decide its not for you, we went back and forth over the phone, but the conversation did not seem to go anywhere so i ended it there, i hope this helps any1 trying to buy from them
