What a scam, ive paid £86 for some clothes, received an email saying my order is on the way with a fake tracking number which doesnt work. Its been over 2 weeks and ive had no further contact and not received the items. Ive tried their chat but no one responds. They are a big scam. Can anyone advise on what can be done to get my money back.

Their clothes are cute online so I placed an order. I did receive an email that they got my order. I have heard nothing else. I believe this is a scam and will be contacting my bank today. I normally read the reviews first, but for some reason, I didn’t this time. My mistake. Do not trust this “company”.

The clothing from this company is the cheapest, ugliest clothing that looks really good on line, but in person is GARBAGE.
In October 2024, I placed and received an order which I IMMEDIATELY decided to return. I contacted Saracool and followed the directions for the return EXACTLY (got the address, pd more than $30 in postage, sent them the tracking info and waited for my refund. When I inquired as to the status several times, I got NO RESPONSE. Suddenly, my package was returned to me this week (June 2025) and I just went to a clothing
drop box and dumped the shitty clothes in it. DONT BUY THEIR CRAP!!!

I ordered 3 linen shirts in a medium according to there size chart. They was way too small. I contacted them about an exchange but told I would have to pay £13 an item. The colours were nothing like the pictures as well. Wish I had read their reviews first

I ordered 3months ago and never received my order. I have tried to contact them but they have ghosted me. Will not answer e-mails. Getting ready to call credit card to see. What they can do. Don’t by from them.

Do not use , ordered never received, should of read reviews before ordering, lesson learned for future

I ordered a jumpsuit 3 weeks ago, and have not received my item yet. Their website said delivery is 3-5 days.
I am now anxious and doubt that i have been scammed.

I ordered linen shorts with flowes what I got was polyester crap no flowers- THATS A BAIT AND SWITCH which is THEFT when I contacted them for a refund to return they instructed me to send the item to China which would cost more than the shorts- even though the return address on the package is in New York- THEY ARE THEIVES DO NOT PATRONIZE SARACOOL

Does not look anything like the picture it’s real thin and in the picture they make the sweater look big and thick. I will not order from them again.

I order clothes from back in June and now its almost October still haven't recieved it. I try contacting them but no one every replies.

I bought a pj set it was an XXL and it’s clearly a Small, absolutely shocking service
