Just receive a part of the order

Order products at 29 oktober 2024. After message them several times i received 2 of 4 items on 12th december 2024 with a message on a card that i will soon receive the other items. Sapph.com never reacts back since that time. No telephone, no whatsapp and no e-mail. Now today the website is down also.

I filed a police report today. I hope Sapph will soon stop ripping people off and not delivering.

Nothing received

I order several product on 3rd December, but still haven't received (15th January 2025) anything. After two weeks I sent an email and asked about delivery. Then I receiced an answer that they are very busy, there might be some delay - it was a Christmas present -, but after 45 day still nothing received. Customer service not answering emails nor Whatsup calls. Be aware, don't order from this company! There are several post on the internet with the same complains.
UPDATE (2025.01.20): I've received the package and the quality of the products (bras, panties) is really good. It's a shame they communicate poorly and ship slowly because the products are good and the prices are good. Therefore I modify my rating to 3 star

On May 18, 2024, I placed an order for two bikinis. On June 28, I received a response in which you indicated that something had gone wrong, which meant that no items had been listed. On June 28, I called to get my money back. On June 21, I asked again where my money was and have not received a response to date.

I have contacted you by phone several times and you are difficult or impossible to reach.

Please don't buy anything here.

I ordered here in August and still…

I ordered here in August and still haven't received my entire package.
They came out with a statement about there warehouse a couple of weeks after my order and said that it would take a little longer before I would get my package. Then I finally received the half of what I ordered and the other half still hasn't arrived. I emailed them about this situation and they said it would arrive shortly after but I needed to have a bit more patience due to there warehouse issue. So I waited a while. Finally I have send them mulitple emails and text messages and they haven't reacted to any of them. We are now in January and I still haven't received my other half of my package nor a compensation or even a message back...

Niets kopen daar!

Update,

I received 1 part of my package January 15.
BUT did order also another part - since then I moved to a new address.
Still half of my package is missing.
Order date November 12th! 2024.

Do not go there. No communication possible. Did write several emails and WhatsApp and did try to be in contact..

Het is ridicuul dat jullie mails blijven verzenden met aanbiedingen.
Als jullie niet in staat zijn om een pakketje wat op 12 november is besteld te leveren! Het is inmiddels 6 weken geleden en nog steeds niets ontvangen.
Als je informeert ontvang je een automatisch bericht niet gepersonaliseerd.

Poor quality lingerie, sometimes with details you didn't see on the website

Sapph sell wannabe premium lingerie at a price it shouldn't be sold at. Cheaper than cheap plastic, lace that turns unsightly after having been worn once and weird plastic things you didn't see in the picture online.

They did however deliver my order, which coming from them is quite surprising. I've never placed a second one and never will. I urge others not to place any orders either.
