My experience of dealing with this company has been extremely poor.
I regularly e-mailed customer service regarding the status of an order purchased in February. I didn’t receive the order until the middle of March. The order I received had clearly been worn as it had marks on it.
I returned the item to be told I would not be entitled to a refund due to returning outwith timescales. However, I had originally not been given a timescale or tracking for my order.
After a long e-mail exchange back and forward. I was told I would be refunded but another jumper had been sent out to me instead, which was not what I wanted. I was told to return the jumper as an error had been made on their end, and they would refund me for the original purchase as well as the cost for postage.
I returned the item in good faith that their promise (which is in writing) would be honoured. I was refunded the cost of the jumper but not the postage I had paid for to compensate their error.
I have since sent several e-mails querying this refund to be ignored.
I have raised the issue with Trading Standards.
I would recommend avoiding this “company” at all costs.

We have been here several times now in the Bluewater store, as we are getting married in June, and we came in looking for Marc Darcy suits for the groom and groomsmen. Andrew and Peter were very professional and efficient. They helped my fiancé and my dad find the perfect suit, and the whole process was smooth and easy. I 100% recommend

I ordered a suit online from Santoro Milan and had a really good experience.
The suit I originally ordered wasn’t available, but Chloe from customer service got in touch quickly and explained everything clearly. She suggested an alternative, which actually turned out to be a much better option than what I picked in the first place.
Really helpful, straightforward service and easy to deal with. Very happy with the suit and the overall experience. Would definitely order from them again.

Iv had 3 emails stating they have Tride to deliver to my adress/correct information,no delivery was attempted to my adress as I have home security and no courier came.

Item not shipped - does this company still sell online?
Item was not shipped, no notice from seller for three weeks.
I raised a ticket, and the customer service team did not respond.
I requested a refund for the order which I am waiting to be processed. I am unsure if this business is actively operating their online store, and advise caution if your order is remotely time sensitive.
Peter made the process 10 x better!!
Went in store twice before we actually picked a suit for our wedding! Was able to find one for the groom and one for the brides father.
What I will say is….Peter made the process 10 x better! He knows everything there is to know about suits, was able to suggest different ties etc to try on with the colours we were choosing and to top it all off, he was just a lovely person!
