We purchased two chairs from SatoLusso

We purchased two chairs from SatoLusso, but unfortunately, one of the legs broke after a month. Despite it not being their fault, they promptly contacted the supplier who sent an engineer to fix it. However, the repair only lasted a few more months, prompting us to reach out to SatoLusso once again. They promptly dispatched someone to my house within a week, but unfortunately, they were unable to fix the chair.

Undeterred, Matt contacted the company again and they kindly provided us with a new replacement chair.

Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service and would highly recommend their after-sales service.
