The customer service was top notch

The customer service was top notch! I needed to add on to my order and they made it happen and all in one shipment. Speedy responses. The extra $5 was totally worth it to send my order to the top and I got it in time for our party. Was a great experience all around mainly because of the personal attention I got from the online help.

I had an issue with the website

I had an issue with the website where I attempted to order a T-shirt in size XL. For whatever reason, the site updated when I selected my photo and reset the size to small. I reached out to their customer service because I got the wrong size (because of course, why would I think to check the size I selected when I had already selected it). They told me there was nothing they could do for me because it was a custom order and they couldn't "restock" it. The only reason I ordered a new size from this place is because I already had several other people who had bought the same T-shirt and it's for a birthday. The only thing I got for the company's website screwing up was a 10% discount code. I told the customer service rep I was never buying from this site again, and they just Said thanks for the feedback. They should probably change the name of what they do from customer service because this is not customer service. The best part, in response to this review, I will get the same generic reply that every other one star review has gotten so far.

it was easy to buy but a few days later…

it was easy to buy but a few days later they said it was out of stock & they’ll issue me a refund.. i think if the item was out of stock on the first place they should not allow you to buy it? but i got my refund & will buy from here at another occasion

I love how they actually took time to…

I love how they actually took time to remake my shirt for my hubby, because the printing wasn’t to their standards! I even got refunded some money back for the delay. Even though it came a little later than expected. I’d like to give 5 stars for their effort!

Projection bracelet

I do not recommend the projection bracelet. Photo quality was poor. No color but rather black and white and grainy. I have to say customer service is very reliable as far as keeping you informed on the status of your order. 1 star rating on the product but I would say a 5 on customer service .

If you are a person of color, be careful

If you are a person of color I would not order from this business or at least not get the “head only customization”. I think it is normal to expect a quality check before something goes into production, especially if it is expensive. Santasocks gave the body of my figure one color (race) and the face a completely different color (race), and once I notified them of that they said it was too late to change. Now it looks like someone mixed up the body and the head. The design itself was so cute, which made it that much more heartbreaking.

They will not change the body at all, including the skin color, so if you are not white then oh well. They made me pay $6 to “attempt” fixing after I told them about the body, then showed me a different head design with the exact same problem. It’s a rip off.

Although I haven’t received the…

Although I haven’t received the purchased items as yet the service from the time of order has been excellent. I received an email within minutes of placing order to confirm details due to the large size of the items ordered. Then a further email to confirm the details and advise process & delivery time frames. Email was personal & not automated from Jason. Look forward to receiving our photo shirts.

An unfortunate mistake

An unfortunate mistake was made to one of the products that I ordered. As soon as I sent an email letting the company know i received an answer back acknowledging the mistake & asked what they could do to rectify it. A couple of emails passed between us until an agreement was reached. Jason was extremely helpful & very apologetic, a real credit to the company. I will not hesitate to let my friends know that even if a mistake happens a very suitable outcome can be reached for all concerned. Thanks again Jason, Regards Sandra

Snowflake ornament with VERY SMALL photo view.

I ordered 4 identical photo ornaments. The photos inside are not centered in two of the ornaments. The other two are centered so I have a good comparison. Also, one of the center "beads" (that contain the picture) completely FELL OUT of the ornament onto the floor. As if it had not been glued at all. Now I have to glue it in myself, and hope I get the direction correct. The center bead that contains the picture is very small.....smaller than another ornament I have from another website. For the price I paid, the quality of these ornaments should be perfection. Very disappointing purchase.

Extremely Satisfied

The finished product came out exactly how it appeared on the blueprint when sizing the photograph to the tire cover. It looks better in person than I had imagined it. Extremely satisfied with how it turned out. I'm so happy I chose Custom Tire Cover.
