Terrible experience

Terrible experience. The service was worthless and the item I received had clearly already been used. Customer service reads and responds to emails days later, and the replies seem to come from some kind of language bot, often completely missing the point of the question.
The product was also listed as in stock, and I even asked for confirmation beforehand, only to find out later that it was not available at all.
The website may look professional and attractive, but that is where the positive aspects end. Think carefully before ordering from this company.

Was horrible, my order didn’t arrive, and customer service responses have been so slow, first I wanted them to resend it, then never got a reply, now asked for a refund. It’s been months. Crazy

Terrible customer service - is this company a scam?

I ordered a bike helmet and although they took my money, it has been 3 weeks now and despite me emailing them several times, just silence. All you get is an automated message saying they are busy and will respond later (they don't). I even got an email today saying 'hey, bet you're loving your new item, please write us a terrific review'. Um, no. Starting to feel like I have been scammed.

I wouldn't give them more than 2 stars…

I cannot give them more than 2 stars only because their customer support is terrible, and you cannot sell a product if you are not able or willing to help with support.

Ordering the bike is easy. It got delivered in time to my address in Den Haag. Many people say they receive it with a small damage on the box. My case was the same. It was like a year ago. I think the pedals push through the box and puncture it, but it's no biggie. The bike itself and all other parts are well protected in the box. You get everything you need (although cheap) to put the bike together, so it would help to have better tools.

Due to other reviews, I wanted to properly lubricate the fixed gear. I did not have the proper tools to take it off tho, so I accidentally damaged the axil. All I wanted from support is to ask them which size of axil I need to order online for replacement. Till today, they have not responded to my e-mail. So if you have other bigger issues, I don't think it's gonna go well.

The bike looks stunning. No complaints there. Some parts are quite cheap, so expect to replace somethings. Luckily it's a fixie, so I'm sure you will have fun playing with your bike to make it the way you want it. If support was better, the rating would be higher.

Also, I bought the bullhorn handlebar, because I wanted my bike to look stylishly different, but I highly recommend you buying a flat or riser handlebar. It's just more comfortable.

scratched up delivery

The communication was not all that clear for me. That being said everything had been delivered, all be it on two separate dates and locations which I hadn't any choice in it seems. Nevertheless is my biggest qualm with the bike itself. It got delivered in the most dingy and flimsy box which was already torn to shit when I got It delivered. The bike itself seemed to be well protected with foam and tiptoes to hold everything in place. But the quality of the box was so bad that other stuff more than likely nicked my bike and made scratch marks on the bike. I paid a lot of money for a new and clean bike. Not for one with scratches on the frame and tire rims. I'm happy with how it rides but the scratches really really are just not alright to me at all. I sincerely hope to be compensated because this really is just not my fault but your company for not packaging your products with enough protective material to survive the delivery. Hope you guys fix this!

I bought some bicycle tires in the Netherlands because I needed them urgently, and to my surprise, they shipped them from Spain. At no point was I informed about this because clearly I wouldn't have bought from you. Why the hell don't you specify this on the website? We buyers deserve transparency, not lies or other crap.

Non-responsive customer service while returning

Terrible customer service! I have received a broken bike, with a rear wheel fork BENT 30 degrees, so I inquired for a bike swap. Since 2 weeks I only received 'Hey we have forwarded your request to Fabric, we'll let you know asap'. Well this ASAP is already 2 weeks, and nor I have my money back, nor a funcitoning bike. This is highly unprofesional and I do not recomment anyone to purchase anything here!

Awful Customer service for UK - AVOID!!!

The customer service is God Awful and barely helpful.
The parcel they have sent me and both GLS and Parcel force cannot see anything linked to my address. Good luck trying to get a refund as they claim they cant do anything until they locate the parcel BUT HOW DO YOU LOCATE A LOST PARCEL?? They wont help you at all. If you're in the UK just spend the extra however much it is and buy from a trusted seller here. Avoid theses clowns at all cost. They couldn't care less about what you ordered.

terrible quality and gaslighting customer service

I ordered spokes and the spoke nipples are of awful cheap quality. they all immediately started to scratch to the point i couldnt turn them with the (correct) size spoke key. They arent even on tight and i requested a refund but they sent me a list of things that could have gone wrong on MY part.

ontop of that the shipping took way too long because they are NOT EVEN BASED IN THE NETHERLANDS but instead spain. tf is that?

Over 2 weeks late and counting.

Ordered to Germany. Website gave me a 3–4 days estimation for my package. Over 2 Weeks later and I still haven't received it. Waste of time and money. But i guess it's on me. Should've known better than to order from a brand whose own products have some of the worst quality in the industry.

Terrible service

Ordered three weeks ago and have been in dispute with them ever since. GLS lost the package and have no clue where it is, but Santafixie refuses to do anything about it. Seems like I lost my money for now, which forces me to take legal actions. I would advise to not order from here and go for a different webshop.

Great people. I ordered a rear mud guard and a muc off. I got an email saying that they dont have the muc off available, so they gave me the money for both back(true a few easy emails) A few days later i still received the rear mud guard.
