Excellent, speedy service and the trainers are lovely. Stylish and comfortable

I ordered a pair of shoes. They kept me informed of when they would arrive and who with. They came within a few days and they are comfy and they look great.will definitely buy again.

I ordered the wrong size but the customer service was excellent and quickly resolved my problem.

So comfy, I could sleep in them.... elegant.... sustainable considerately produced.... recyclable ... so versatile.... award wining.... We are ADDICTED.....

Ordered online easily and arranged 48hr delivery which was pretty much on time.
Nicely packaged and fit was as expected using their online guide. Definitely go a bit smaller than usual trainer size but the assistance on website is bang on.
Impressed so far. Bit squeaky but thats fine as new.

When the shoes I wanted were sold out in the size I needed, the super helpful customer services team found me a pair in the right size that could be delivered in the time frame for my son’s birthday! He is delighted with the choice!

Just bought these trainer, lovely style and comfortable so far although am just wearing them in. They do squeak but i think that will wear off once they are worn in. They come up a little big but not enough to return although I think I will size down for my next pair. Wanted an alternative to veja which everyone has and like my trainers a bit chunkier. These fit the bill. Very happy so far.

This is my second pair. I bought them for a holiday to Paris as I knew I’d be walking miles and wanted comfort, needed a trainer but wanted something that dressed up well too and they did this. I would have had no hesitation in marking it as 5* but the glue has failed on the edge on one where I bend my foot.
Size - generous in both width and length which suits me perfectly.
Soles are exceptionally good for extreme shopping and site seeing, my preferred shoes every day! Wonderful

Unfortunately I had an issue with trainers I purchased however the service I received from Customer Service was excellent - prompt efficient and courteous.

Trainers were replaced with minimum delay.

Over the past three years I have purchased five different designs of San Matin trainers. All have been extremely comfortable and stylish. I have always found the organisation to be very helpful and quick to respond. I unreservedly recommend them to everyone.

Beautifully made and presented with a cloth shoe bag included. Extremely comfortable - well worth the money will purchase again.

These trainers are better than expectations - the quality is superb, comfort is high and style is great. They are imo very good value - look expensive!
