We had a very warm and welcoming experience. After placing our order, we needed to change one of the bathroom fixtures, and the shop owner was always available and proactive in helping us find a solution. The products we ordered are of great quality, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. We highly recommend this shop if you’re planning to renovate your bathroom or toilet.

The guys were really nice from the beginning.
Especially Oz , he was super attentive to details and making sure I think about everything properly before making final decision. Preparing multiple option in 3D design for me to consider and come back to them. There was no sales pressure here, just natural and kind advice on what is best for me and not pushing what they "need to sell" which I really appreciate. I am super happy with the work Oz did and would recommend him and the team to everyone!

Very pleasant service. Özcan asked for the floor plans and photos in advance and he already prepared the drawings before our first visit. All products and custom needs are well explained. Good product range for different selections. We just made our order and waiting for the delivery.

We visited SaniStunter WESTPOORT Amsterdam to find a new toilet and tap. Lucas was very helpful and to my pleasant surprise did not try to sell the most expensive option (which I had an intention to buy actually) but directed me towards a way more affordable and reliable alternative. His reasoning was that if it is not an absolute "must have" then I will have way less maintenance trouble with the affordable option.

we visit SON EN BREUGEL shop to purchase our bathroom and toilet renevation materials. Sales responsible Mr. Han support us very well to select best materials and best options and he did his job perfect. He is experianced about products and give us best advice for selection. We were happy with Sanistunter Son en Breugel shop and support of Mr. Han to us. I can strongly advice to visit shop for Sanitary material selection.

We went on that shop one sunday. There was only one person to help. I asked he said he's busy with other customer. He said make an appointment or wait untill he's free. We made an appointment for next sunday. Next sunday we went, he was busy again with other customer we wait 15 mins. Then he again going to help another client. I said we are here. He said make an appointment i am busy. I said i have a appointment for today . Then he said sorry i am busy you have to wait untill my next colleague come . I asked,how long he said my be half hour or hour. I think his behavior all 2 times like that he don't want us in the shop or mybe our color or he have to talk english.

We found all we want here in SON to renew our bathroom. I especially want to thank Han because he really helped us a lot, gave us wonderful advices.

Unfortunately, a promising project for the bathroom placement that included fittings and placement turned out to be a total failure. Lots of promises and effort put by the Sales team to sell the idea of the product/project, without any decent follow up. Lack of transparency, absence of communication, even when the project is past the implementation date. With this review, I hope to have the attention of Sanistunter Zoetermeer and request their confirmation that the company cannot deliver the project as it was agreed and will transfer the pre-paid amount as it has been requested by us over the past month via e-mail communication and personally at the shop location. 4 months of waiting is a reasonable indication of whether the project is taken seriously and/or can be implemented by the company. If any unforeseen circumstances had arisen in the process, we wish we would have been informed of them, which was not the case. We do not wish to put any more effort or time than we had already put into trying to have any feedback on the project. We lost our trust that Sanistunter can adhere to the made commitment. Taking the aforementioned into account, I would like to kindly ask the Manager or Sanistunter Zoetermeer or the Customer Services Manager of Sanistunter to help to resolve this situation as soon as possible. Thank you.

We visited Sanistunter Amsterdam Westpoort showroom when we wanted to buy & select the toilet & bathroom fittings and accessories for our toilet & bathroom. I would highly recommend this place. The place is well organized with a variety of products. The staff was very friendly and had full product knowledge. They helped us a lot while we were trying to figure out what fit our pockets and is best for our toilet & bathroom.
Its a place that provides you with complete solutions. Highly satisfied with the quality of material and services. And many thanks to Lucas Scholtmeijer (expert in 3D designs). The bathroom looks amazing!!! Lucas did a great job, very meticulous and spot-on for the details. We've been super impressed! High quality work! Thanks again Lucas for all your help in selecting the right tiles, colors and fixtures etc.

With respect to service & delivery - Wow the whole staff was amazing and super active. The delivery was spot-on-time as promised on the exact date. Whenever we needed any replacement of the item during the renovation of our apartment, these guys were super fast in delivering the items. They were really polite and friendly and do their utmost best to make your Toilet & Bathroom as unique and as beautiful they can. Many thanks again to the entire team of the Sanistunter Amsterdam Westpoort.

they did not pay back a non delivered radiator for a long time, claiming if they can not find the lost item they can not do anything.

We have just finalized our bathroom and toilet renovation with Sanistunter Son / Eindhoven.

We had a very good experience with both Ronald and Stefano, they helped us a lot with the design of the bathroom and advising on the materials to use.
As a result we got a very modern and functional design that we are very happy with.

During the construction period with all the normal unforeseen events we could always count on Ronald and Stefano either to find us a quick fix on material delivery or by contacting directly the contractor to fix any problems / doubts they had during construction.

The communication was always very easy and fast either by email or phone or in the store.

We definitely advise anyone that is looking for a quality service to use Sanistunter.
