Today i visited Sanidump in Alsmeer. The receptionist was very helpful and introduced me to the salesperson. The salesperson ( to identofy him, round face witj lot of marks) turned out to me hurled racist comments and impolite and instead of showing me or helping with prices in 2 mins he has turned me down saying your people do not buy anything and we not sell to you all.
No one wonder why sanidump is going down.

I am also unhappy with reply of Sanidump below. The purpose of my emailing (no one replied) and writing review was to help sanidump to improve. They can look into showroom camera on how impolite and racist thier sales person. Anyway i forgot it as bad incident, and now got my shopping completed with help of good sales people at Maxaro, Sanitairkamer and Sanitair winkel.

I bought the products we wanted to buy straight from the shop that they themselves order from. I paid around 30% of what SaniDump wanted to charge me. That is extremely unfair, especially in today's world where everyone is getting ripped off left and right. It's a nice shop to see products in person, but other than that, just buy straight from the company that supplies these goods.
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. Things went fine in the store, and I purchased 3 bathrooms for my house. Gerard, the person who advised was helpful on the day, and he gave us a contact of builders he promised would do an amazing job. We hired them to install. Things went well until about 3 weeks left of work, when they stopped showing up. They claimed we owed extra money and said they would not show up until we paid. Obviously we got a lawyer who handled it, but they took allot of parts to the bathrooms. We filed a police report, and instead of returning to us, they returned to their friend Gerard, at Sani-Dump. We called Gerard to have them shipped to the house. We offered to pay for shipping. Gerard refused to ship the gear we paid back to us. Gerard sided with his their friends that that my lawyer handled. There isn’t anything my lawyer or police can do to Gerard here like they did his friends, but what a dishonest and disgraceful way to treat a customer. The only satisfaction here is the understanding that people end up where they belong. Gerard will be selling toilets the rest of his life. That’s Karama. Never again would I go here or recommend when there are better stores with honest individuals.
We are very satisfied with the service that the Sani-Dump store in Nuenen provided. Very professional and pleasant process to design our new bathroom, with solid and patient assistance on the many options for material and product choices. Sani-Dump assigned an excellent contractor on the construction/installation work. Delivery was timely before the construction work started. A delivery mistake (of one item) that was detected during installation work got corrected promptly and delivered within two days. We are happy with the new bathroom and certainly recommend this company.

We would like to share our experience with Sani-Dump, Delft so as a warning to others. Its unfortunate for us.
After buying our new complete bathroom set, we faced the following:
1. Furniture got damaged in just few months where they don't give any reason but sent a replacement which is incomplete. Their furniture quality is not good.
2. Delivery is always delayed. We need to make many follow-ups.
3. After sales customer service is extremely poor. We landed incurring more cost and lots of frustration.
By buying the bathroom at Sani-Dump, we ended with lots of frustration and stress for few months. Product quality and service are important for the amount we pay, which we don't see with Sani-Dump.
I suggest you to think twice before dealing with Sani-Dump. Otherwise you will be in stress forever seeing their products at your home. We are in that situation now; spending extra cost and lost peace of mind.

1. New furniture "to be delivered" but will not be installed. So, I need to spend more cost for your product. I am even thinking to sell your new furniture in marktplaats to recover some of my cost. Thats the frustration we all have at our home.
2. The compensation you paid does not even cover 50% of the additional cost we paid due to your poor delivery schedules and wrong delivery. There are emails on this. I spent lots of time and energy with your Dump service (more than 6 months).
My recommendation to other customers: if you want to have peace at your home, think thrice before going to Sani-Dump, or else it will be our situation of daily stress at home.

First makes the deal and give a price. Verbally said the deal is final, still you can do changes, deals would be the same. But the moment you ask the. Some changes (add or remove), the deal (discount percentage) syst manically goes down to make the price hight. I had to spent 30 minutes with a person in the shop to discover it. And they said it is not changeble.
Very costly with respect to similar shops.
Overpriced! How can a shop give 30% discount! You never know you losing or wining. Better a fixed price shop.
I have a feeling I am losing money with them. But already signed the contract and I am trapped!

12 years ago I had a very good experience with Sani-dump about the service, prices, and the quality of the materials with 3 toilets and 3 bathrooms
I have contacted Sanidump again in order to get advise to make a remodelation of one toilet and walking bathroom and my experience has been very satisfactory the same as 12 years ago.
The program they use to visualize how the bathroom design will look like is very professional.
I am also pleased with the recommendations they have provided me during the purchase process.

Very nice during the sale cycle but then:
Not informing me that certain parts of the delivery could not be delivered on time; I figured out once everything was delivered on the sidewalk (not into the house).
The delivery receipt just stated ‘sanitair en Tegels’ and no listing of individual items.
One package of tiles delivered wrong. Although I called twice, provided the information requested, never heard of them.
I also tried to return one piece and filled in the form. After 10 days still no reaction (though they claim they will contact the customer after 3 days)
The contractor recommended by Sanidump turned out to be a scam; he worked for four hours and never came back again. Still owes me the down payment.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!
Excellent bathroom and service. Great team that completely unburdened us from all potential hick-ups, from sales advise to installation!

Horrible! Don't buy there!
We order 3 different things, all incorrect or broken! Worst customer service in leiderdorp.
1. a broken (already installed) toilet
2. Tiles which we did not order
3. A sink with towel hanger, where they forgot the towel hanger
1. Toilet
We ordered a toilet: we got delivered one which was already installed: Rusty, with broken screws (so we were not able to install it and had to pay our handyman an extra day). Sanidump told us that it is supposed to be new (ha, that's what we also expected if you buy a toilet right? ). They told us our handyman maybe did that. A joke! Eventually we got new screws. It took them 2 weeks eventhough they said 2 working days. Worst part was the customer service who blamed us. And could not find a solution. I had to scream in the store.
2.Tiles:
We ordered tiles: got delivered the wrong ones. Wrong color. They said it could be that the color looks different. We ordered beige ones, got grey ones. Sorry but I am not an idiot of buying that there is such a big color difference.
3. Sink
We ordered a sink with towel hanger. eventually they gave us a new one in an incorrect sice. So it could also not be installed. Also had to pay our handyman for nothing. Eventually we had to wait for the new one, so our toilet could not be finished.
Incompetent, worst customer service, no excuses but blaming us. It is a joke. I told already everyone I know that you should never buy at this store.
So we had to pay our handyman for extra. No solutions offered from them. And just everything incorrect or broken.
Sanidump only said: you have a lot of bad luck.
Really? Just a total incompetent store. They could at least have given us a discount... But not blaming us...

I had the worst experience ever working with these guys!!!
Don't deal with SUNIDUMP!!! Never!!!
1) They sold us the shower cabin, but they refused to install it and claimed it's easy to find someone to install it. As a result we spent 6 months!!!!! Trying to find a plumber ready to do it. Apparently it was a difficult type, and nobody warned us about it. If you sell the sanitair, you have to provide the installation service!
2) Among the other staff we bought 2 taps from Sanidump - and one if them is leaking. I called and claimed the damaged product. The only reaction e had - they sent me the link to the manufacturer website. If you are the dealer of the products - you have to deal with the manufacturer!!!!!!! So the tap is still leaking after 8 months!!!!
3) We ordered tiles from them, it took them 3 months to deliver the tiles, and still nothing happened. As a result - after 3 months I visited the showroom to cancel my order, since we found another solution within the previous 3 months. When I asked to cancel the order - they informed me (for the first time) that the tiles are in the warehouse and waiting for the delivery! They refused to cancel the order and return the money!!!! Since I requested to cancel the order BEFORE I heard about the delivery, it should be canceled! As a result - I lost ALL the money I paid and the tiles were not delivered!

I would like to share my bad experience with Sani. I think they need to be more transparent with their clients when they sell something , namely clearly stating that returning is completely impossible. When I made this expensive decision ( and I was not sure about it) I was told by the advisor in Almere , that it not a problem to return the furniture. Later situation has changed and I was telling off from the guy in store “ it’s completely impossible to return anything without all the seals and the furniture needs to be packed in the original boxes”. Firstly it was said in a very angry voice( as if I am a kid who made some mess), secondly there was no mentioning about return costs , thirdly I made a mistake by trusting an advisor who was not professional obviously . Not saying that no one suggested me any other solution ( like trying to find another set of furniture that will match the size ). Be careful to you buy there.
We went to Sanidump DELFT and we talked to a very nice advisor, Remco. We chose everything there with him.
When we started the renovation we realised the sink was to big so we had to return it, despite the difficulties we had with the central warehouse in Dordrecht to return this, Remco our advisor from Sanidump DELFT made everything possible for this to happen so
we are very grateful to Remco and to everyone who helped us at the Delft location.
