Very worst company.every one no buy mobile. My order number is 1784456129 order date 19 July 2026 after one week not received my mobile. Then continues mail but no refund amount till now. Today 15 days complete but not refund my money.. every not buy mobile from sangeeta mobile online and offline.

i have ordered a oneplus 15R on June 22nd from sangeeta mobiles online store worth 53,000 Rupees INR. they haven't delivered the mobile till date, It's been almost 10 days, there is no proper response from support people they are very rude, no follow ups from anyone, I will be proceeding with consumer court and bank disputes to somehow try to get my money back, this has been a terrible experience from them. i have been depressed over this completely ruined the joy out of my many months savings for this mobile phone.

Absolutely the worst purchase experience I've ever had. It's been over 3 months since I placed my order, and I have neither received the product nor a refund.

I've made countless calls, spent hours on hold, and heard the same false promise every time: "You'll get an update in 3 working days." Nothing ever happens. They have no respect for their customers' time, money, or patience.

At this point, it feels like they take your money and leave you to chase them endlessly. I would strongly advise people not to order anything from here.

I placed an order, and it was initially accepted. Later, I was informed that the particular brand I ordered was not available. Unfortunately, the order cannot be cancelled online. As per Sangeetha Mobiles' process, a confirmation call from their customer care team is required before the cancellation can be initiated.

However, I have not received any call from Sangeetha Mobiles so far. Reaching customer care has also been extremely difficult, as calls are rarely answered. As a result, the order remains active, and the refund process has not been initiated yet.

This experience has been highly disappointing, especially since the delay is due to the product being unavailable and not because of any action on my part.

I had a very poor experience with this store. I purchased a product and requested a refund within just a couple of days, yet even after multiple follow-ups, I have still not received my refund.
The staff shows a complete lack of responsibility and urgency when it comes to customer issues. There is no proper communication, no transparency, and no clear timeline provided. Every time I try to follow up, I either get vague responses or no response at all.
This kind of service is unacceptable, especially from a well-known store. Once they receive your payment, customer support seems to vanish. It feels like customers are left helpless with no proper resolution.
I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from here. If something goes wrong, be prepared to chase them endlessly for your own money.
Very frustrating and disappointing. Not recommended at all.

Don't know how they run their business. I ordered oneplus 13r on march 11 which showed 48hrs delivery. but it wasn't delivered even after 3 weeks now, i was trying to connect nearly 1000 times to their customer care only 2 times they have attended. but no resolution has been made. my 1st emi has been deducted yet mobile wasn't delivered. no response for all the emails which i sent. Do not buy. Never honor the commitment. Order cancelling and refund process is painful. Getting the refund requires s lot of follow up. Not sure how this retailer is not on the black list of consumer council. This is based on a very painful experience recently. Stay away.
