Unprofessional and misleading.

My experience with sands has been nothing but a headache from start to finish. I was promised my order was in stock, which turned out to be completely untrue. When they finally admitted it wasn’t, they forced me to pick from a few options they chose, including a color I didn’t even like, and even that they weren’t able to source in the end. The whole process dragged on for over two and a half months, filled with broken promises and terrible communication. My wife called multiple times and they wouldn’t answer, but the moment we called from a different number, they picked up right away. On top of that, they took far longer than the promised 14 days to issue my refund. The entire experience was stressful, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointing experience with Sands UAE.

I placed an order (#7049) and when I requested a refund, the company completely failed to assist or take responsibility. I contacted Zbooni, the payment platform, and they clearly confirmed that they do not handle refunds, deliveries, or cancellations they only process payments.

This means Sands UAE is fully responsible for issuing the refund, yet they have ignored my request and have not resolved the issue.

This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer care is unacceptable. If I do not receive my money back, I will proceed with a formal dispute through my bank and legal action.

I do not recommend this company at all — be very careful before ordering from them!

I made an order two months ago. Payment in advance, no guarantee. Now I am waiting to have my refund back for more than 14 days. I am writing almost daily and no action is done. The fact that I have to beg to get my money back is all but a luxury experience. I would recommend noone buys here. Worse shopping experience in my life

SCAMMERS - TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

SCAMMERS! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! do not trust them. I placed my order on 18th October and was promised delivery within [7] days. It’s now been [8] days, and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve tried contacting customer support multiple times but received either no response or generic replies with no real update.

It’s very frustrating to pay for something and not receive it — especially when there’s zero accountability. Definitely not ordering from this website again unless they seriously improve their service.

Truly unprofessional company

Truly pathetic company.
They take money for items when they don’t have them in stock and they know that they are unable to source them.
Then they won’t refund you for 4 weeks minimum.
You will follow up with them numerous times with no response on call or message.

I wouldn’t recommend them for anything. Unless you want your time and money wasted.

Also, I doubt the authenticity of the 5 star reviews which have recently started flooding in. Check un-prompted reviews - which are mainly 1 star.

Update: The customer services called me to ask if I can remove my review as they will refund the money. Again, as I said the company is truly unprofessional.

I have ordered a hand bag for my mother’s birthday from SANDS. It was a last minute purchase and I honestly thought the bag might not arrive on time. But SANDS actually managed to deliver the product super quick and it made my day. The customer service these guys provide is incredible. I requested them to put a note along with the product and it was heartwarming.

Not trust worthy

Not trust worthy , after agreeing that the product to be shipped specifically with DHL, without my consent they claim to ship it with another company called smsa which is i believe its fake and they do not operate in Kuwait , over one week im trying to reach this shipping company without any luck, after contacting Sands why they didn't ship via DHL they are ignoring me .
