Wife ordered 2 items in different sizes. Returned a 1 item to Sandro Paris in October by UPS. Item was lost, then found and then lost again. Last I heard it was located in uk but with no contents and package damaged??? Still no refund from Sandro but lots of emails saying they are looking into it.

I ordered a jacket from Sandro’s US online store (tracking number 396256201760), and it has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had.
For more than a week, the FedEx tracking repeatedly showed the package “On FedEx vehicle for delivery” and then “Delivery Exception,” cycling without any actual delivery. The package was never delivered even after several days of these repeated attempts.
I reached out to Sandro multiple times by email and called their customer service three times. I also spent hours trying to contact FedEx directly, but as a customer you can’t open a delivery investigation yourself — only the merchant can. Sandro’s responses were vague and unhelpful, and when I asked to speak to a manager or request a refund, the customer service representative hung up the phone.
I have lived in the UK for several years and have shopped with Sandro there with great service, but the US customer service is completely unacceptable. I have not received my item, and the merchant has refused to issue a refund despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue.
This was extremely frustrating, time-consuming, and stressful. I would not recommend shopping with Sandro US until their delivery and customer support improve drastically.
The most shabby and appalling experience I have ever had with an "affordable luxury" brand. Their online chat is not even run by Sandro staff. They literally confessed they cannot do anything to help and the info does not get sent to Sandro anyway. I emailed the company twice about clearly preworn shoes being sent to me and to clarify the returns process as it is very convoluted and impossible to understand. No reply and it has been a week. My guess is I will not hear back from them on purpose so the 2 week returns window times out. Uncaring, unresponsive. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Another horrendous experience. Ordered a jacket on final sale. Came in wrong size. I called them that it’s the wrong size. They said email with a picture that it showed. I emailed and no response. Two days later, I called again, and she said the email was escalated but request denied?! WTH what kind of treatment is that? They make a mistake and don’t take back their own goods??.
Literally, when I don't know about a topic, instead of searching for it on Google or asking ChatGPT, I ask my friend Sandro. He always explains anything to me, even if it doesn't make sense. He will always take the trouble to explain it in detail with foundations/evidence, so I will always trust him.

This is the second time I’ve received a damaged order from Sandro.
My Tangoso bag just arrived, and I’m quite disappointed with its condition. It was shipped only in a bubble sleeve with no box or additional protection, and the bottom is scuffed and scratched. I purchased this as a gift, and unfortunately, it’s not in a condition I can give.
Earlier this year, I ordered a pair of flats, and after just a few wears, the soles began peeling off.
The products always look beautiful online, but the quality and presentation in person have been such a letdown. This will be my last order from Sandro.
If it would be possible to give zero stars, I would. I ordered a cardigan and received an empty package. Never in my life have I received an empty package. I filed a complaint and the customer service team is putting all the blame on me; they won’t refund me or send me the item that I ordered, and indirectly called me a liar by saying that their logistics team cannot send an empty package. Is this how one treats customers? What a shame. Never stepping foot in there again.
I purchased a coat from Sandro Paris during their sale, only to be told afterward that it was out of stock and that I would simply be refunded. For a premium brand, this kind of stock mismanagement and disregard for the customer experience is unacceptable.
What made the situation even worse was the response from customer service. Instead of finding a real solution, they suggested I buy another coat of noticeably lower quality (with less wool content) for €600, and they offered me a 10% discount “as a gesture of goodwill”. I had already purchased a better-quality coat for €170 for which they failed to manage their stocks properly, so this suggestion was not only unreasonable but felt as if they were making fun of me. Rather than helping me, they basically suggested me to pay several times more for a product that wasn’t even equal in quality as my original order.
This shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I definitely do not recommend shopping here given this poor experience.

I purchased a handbag which took one week to arrive.
The pictures of the bag look different and much nicer than the real thing.
The trimmings and handles are advertised as leather but look like plastic to me and don’t smell of leather.
I really begrudge paying to return this item as it doesn’t comply with the description.
Placed an order on July 19th, got an email on the 23rd saying the order would be delivered the following day and still nothing. Opened a customer support ticket on July 28th and still haven't heard heard back with a concrete answer. Terrible customer support for such an expensive brand.
I have never experienced such dishonest and disgraceful treatment from a so‑called luxury brand.
I bought a Sandro jacket at La Cañada, Marbella, Spain, in July 2024. After only 2 months of normal use, the seam came apart – a clear manufacturing defect.
The Sandro store in ILLUM, Copenhagen fully acknowledged the defect but could not process the claim because the jacket was purchased in Spain. They advised me to return to La Cañada, which I did.
At Sandro La Cañada, the staff lied and refused to help me. They would not give me a written explanation, ignored my emails, and let my jacket sit unrepaired while falsely implying that it was “wear and tear.”
This is dishonest, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.
I have full documentation proving that the jacket failed after 2 months.
Sandro La Cañada’s behavior is shameful – instead of honoring EU consumer law, they treat customers like liars and refuse to take responsibility.
If you ever have a problem with Sandro, expect to be ignored, blamed, and disrespected.

Utterly terrible at sorting problems. I ordered a skirt for my sister’s birthday and it arrived missing a button and a hole where the button should be. I tried to do an exchange and it won’t let me. It is a sale item so IU want to do an exchange as I bought my sister the matching shirt. You can’t get through to their stores or to customer service and their complaint form isn’t working.
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order, which has not been delivered to me despite multiple attempts to receive assistance from both Sandro and FedEx.
I placed an order through your website and received a tracking number indicating the item had been delivered. However, the package was never delivered to my address. After contacting FedEx, I was informed that the package was delivered to an entirely different location — a mistake for which I am not responsible. I have sent several emails to your customer service team and uploaded all the documentation requested, but to this day, I have not received a proper response or resolution.
This situation is unacceptable. I have waited far too long and have been left with no product and no refund. I expect Sandro, as the seller, to take full responsibility and offer a clear solution immediately — either by refunding the full amount or reshipping the items to the correct address.
Please consider this a final request before escalating this matter further through the appropriate consumer protection channels.
