I was a fan of the Sandro and own a few pieces, but based on my recent experiences I would advise against ordering from Sandro every again. Never have i ever experienced such a disastrous customer service. Would you like an example? I tried to return an item. Sandro refuses the return with the (made-up) reason that I had removed the tags from the item. I didn't and sent photos as proof. Nevertheless, I get a message again saying they can't accept the return because I removed the tags? I sent photos again to prove that I didn't. This game has been going on for weeks. Now they ghosted me completely probably hoping I'll give up eventually. Reading the comments here i know now its a scam. The fact that a fashion brand dares to resort to such shady tricks and treat their customers like this is unbelievable. Never again! Will share my experiences here and on their social channels so people are warned. Maybe you should too. This company must be stopped.
They didn't help with the return of goods in a neighboring country. They kept sending automated emails generated by a bot. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether.
Some nice designs, but I would never buy because of their use of cheap materials, polyester anyone?
This is the worst company ever. I never want to have anything to do with them again and will never recommend this company to anyone. I bought a pair of jeans on sale for 200 euros in Amsterdam, and when I paid, not a single person from the team told me that I couldn’t get a refund if something went wrong or if I didn’t like the jeans.
When I got home and tried them on, I didn’t like how they looked on me, so I decided to return them. When I went back to the store, the manager, Anja, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I felt extremely unsafe and uncomfortable in the store. They refused to listen to me and kept repeating that the team always informs customers about the no-refund policy, which was not true. No one ever told me it was impossible to get a refund.
In the end, after I almost cried and felt incredibly bad and unsafe dealing with the manager, they gave me a store credit. I wanted to use it online, but it's only valid in one store in Amsterdam. I’m incredibly disappointed and want to warn everyone to be careful with this brand, as it’s been the worst experience of my life. I don't know if I'll ever spend this store credit, but this has been the worst experience ever.

I will never order from Sandro again! My experience with their customer service has been incredibly frustrating.
I ordered a pair of high heels online and decided to return them just two days after delivery because I didn't like them. Weeks later, I received an email claiming I hadn't returned the shoes in full. Despite repeatedly explaining that I returned the entire order, the company accused me of only sending back one shoe.
I was forced to sign multiple affidavits and share my personal details, including my ID card and passport, to prove my case. Even after all that, they still refused to refund my money and, absurdly, sent me back one shoe! How ridiculous is that?
Although it was Sandro’s responsibility to check the tracking details, they failed to take action. I had to contact the shipping company myself and spend weeks getting them to confirm the weight of the shipment at delivery. Only after sending those documents to Sandro did they acknowledge something might have gone wrong—but I still haven't received my refund!
It’s beyond disappointing that a company like Sandro treats its customers this way, especially when I've proven it wasn’t my fault. Fourteen weeks later, I am still waiting for a full refund.
This is completely unacceptable. I will never shop at Sandro again, and I strongly urge others to beware of their poor service of the company!
Writing this review with a heavy heart as I was raised not to say bad things, especially as an owner of two companies, I don't like to negatively impact a business. I went to Sandro on Bleecker and purchased 4 items totaling $1700. My significant other took the tag off the shirt to wear and went out in the shirt within a few days of purchasing. The next day I took it to my dry cleaner who then pointed out (as I had not noticed) that there was an imperfection in the dye process, and that along the bottom rear of the shirt the color had not set correctly and that it wasn't a stain but that if he cleaned it that the dye would only run more. I went back to the Bleecker store with the shirt, and original receipt within 6 days of the initial purchase to see if I could exchange the shirt for the same shirt without a dye issue. I was told that because the shirt had been worn and the tag removed that they wouldn't exchange the garment. This is absolutely unacceptable! When you spend $400 on a single garment it is because you expect quality and that the manufacturer stands behind their product. The only reason I was able to get the manager to finally agree to help me is because I am currently going through chemo treatments and the side effects make me very emotional. The fact that I had to be brought to tears and then told they were doing "ME" a favor by exchanging their defective product is completely unacceptable. Needless to say, I am a very loyal customer and they have lost a customer for life.

Briefly don't bother ordering anything from the website. I've made an order thinking I'll have the dress in about 3 working days as the website and the 3rd party shipping company indicated. Then, there was a problem with the adress, I guess, somehow my building and apartment number dissapeared. I fixed that on Sandro's as well as the delevery website. Contacted customer service, to no positive outcome. After days of emailing back and froth they said the parcel couldn't be shipped to The Hague. 12 days later after I was supposed to recieve this parcel they notified me that they will refund me and deduct 4+ euros, which just goes to show what this place is. Hope this is helpful and I will never buy anything from Sandro again.
I used to be a fan of SANDRO, until this summer..... In June I bought a dress from summer collection 2024, for 285 euros. Knit maxi dress, After wearing once, noticed 6 holes appeared , lace literally disintegrating, seams opening up. The item code is SFPRO03555. Have written 7 x to customer services. Seems they employ robots, all I got back - we will look into your complaint :) no refund, no nothing. Interested to see if other ladies have the same issue as I am 100% sure the subcontractor SANDRO used for this particular garment is from china/hong kong. This dress is not worth 50 euros, let alone 285. Sorry SANDRO, never again.
I ordered a sweater and paod 200.00. I received sweayer covered in durty blzck snd orange spots. I contacted customer service sent pictures, but was told that they do not gave return label to email e. I have to wait 24 hours, then i have to return iten and wait untill it will get to the ware house. Personnelk was very rude. One person hung up on me. The other was rude also. They did not even tried to makd things write. Absolute disappointment.
Elegant style, black and white color, lots of frills. Quality is good, prices are reasonable. I only ordered from their online store once during Covid and it arrived within 1-2 weeks. The rest of the time, I just shop in their local store. I would recommend this company, with the exception of their wool products. They are beautiful but, despite washing them carefully, after 1-2 years they shrink at least one size or more.
Very bad experience about store in Amsterdam. I bought jeans on sale on Sunday evening when it was very busy, and no one from the team communicated to me that they have special conditions and that they don’t refund money if you return your purchase. I tried them at home, and they were too small for me. When I went back to return the jeans, I could only get a voucher, but not my money back. I was shocked and totally didn’t expect this. When I explained that I didn’t know and no one from the team communicated this to me, the store manager told me it was impossible. She said it was only my mistake and problem, insisting that her team is perfect, while showing no empathy. I felt very unsafe with this manager. This means the store doesn’t communicate important information, and in the end, tries to convince you that you don’t understand it. I will not recommend this store to anyone and think that this brand is not respectable by treating their customers like this.
Be careful as there is a website claiming to be Sandro on this link poroadsports.shop, they used to be an outdoor power solutions company using a branded name and of course i bought from them and the item did not arrive, this company has now changed to using another branded name Sandro so be warned items will not arrive if you use this company. They are a Chinese company carrying out fraudulent transactions based on real company names.

I order from Sandro Paris online a few times a year. The quality of clothes is unmatched and their unique designs stand out, this is a beautiful brand to keep an eye on, not the usual fast fashion that most brands push to the consumers. I'm not sure why they are getting low reviews here as I never had issues with my orders.
I did my shopping today in Ashford , SANDRO shop . The customer service was amazing, and I’ve been served by the lovely lady Louise . She did her job so well ! I absolutely love my new dress. And so thankful for all help and little gift !
Never have I experienced more unproffesionel Company. First of all it is an eu site but does not ship to several eu countries. Second you Can not make a Call to the shop even there is one in my country. When you write them you do not get answer to your request. No help at all. We live in 2024…where is your Customer service?????
Absolutely terrible experience! Wish I read reviews before ordering!clothes are nice is just customer service which is absolutely terrible! My dress arrived late , which is not the main issue.It arrived with security tag still attached to it!!!! I contacted customer service and was advised to wait for email with confirmation from nearest shop that they will remove this for me and it was 3 days ago.Purchased dress for upcoming wedding ( which is tomorrow ) and still no answer on my issue.Dress is useless and it’s bad enough that I need to travel to nearest shop ( 40 km from my house ) - but still don’t know if they will handle this for me.Never again! I regret to say that my recent experience with the Sandro brand was less than satisfactory. I had high hopes, having invested time and effort into researching the brand and selecting a gift for my boyfriend's birthday. Unfortunately, the reality fell short of my expectations.
Upon receiving the product, a belt, I was disappointed to find it in poor condition. The stitches were frayed, which was unexpected given the reputation I had heard of the brand. This was not a product I expected to find in such a state, considering my intention was to avoid low-quality items typically found in budget stores like Primark.
Subsequently, I made the effort to return the product to the physical store. However, my experience there only added to my disappointment. Not only did I receive no apologies for the defective product, but the shop assistant's attitude was discourteous and unhelpful. Furthermore, there was a language barrier, as the assistant seemed unable to communicate effectively in either English or Dutch.
This entire experience not only marred the occasion of my boyfriend's birthday but also wasted my time and resources. It's evident that there is a significant gap in the training of Sandro's employees in terms of customer service. As a result, I am deeply disappointed and reluctant to patronize this brand in the future.
