The size was all wrong. It was too small and didn't meet the size specifications. I returned it for a refund which took over 4 weeks to come, after writing numerous emails chasing up.

Website said discount was site wide and then store stated that the item shouldn’t have been included. My order was refunded, even though it should have been fulfilled as a contract was entered into, so legally should have been supplied

Dress received with hole & staining
One of the dresses I received had no tag, staining and a hole in it. Sandersons replied once to my email asking for a picture of the label, that it didn’t have. I can’t even wear the item. Very annoyed and wait for a resolution with bated breath!

i never recieved my order
i never recieved my order which i placed in January. i emailed and an investigation was raised with DPD but was never contacted regarding it. After me contacting DPD they told me that they had replied to the company however i was never contacted, i have tried emailing and phoning and haven’t had a reply.
