I unfortunately fell for one of their promo videos on social media. What an epic mistake to purchase one of their products, a fleece lined plaid jacket. A whole season change has happened and I still have not received the item. Don’t fall for “Sandeluxe Toronto” as the items ship from mainland China —NOT Canada. I’ll be contacting my credit card company as there’s no response from this money grabbing garbage can of a ‘company’

I ordered a flannel coat from Sandlelux. The quality and workmanship was below par. I requested a refund. They said in the email that they do not have a warehouse in Canada. As it would be very expensive to ship it overseas they offered me a 15% refund. I said No.

I ordered a fuzzy coat for $69.00.
It took quite a while and when I received it it was horrible. No one would ever want to wear it. It was a crooked and had no pockets. It was just horrible quality. I contacted the company to return it. Apparently you can’t return anything. They give you a 15 % refund and 15% off a future purchase and you get to keep the crappy item they sent you. Since I’d NEVER purchase anything from them again you just get a 15% refund. What a scam ! Avoid this company !!!

I ordered a jacket it was way too small, asked to return and it took them a week to respond, I sent back to the address on the package which said in Mississauga. To be informed that it was not the right address and they refuse to refund. Will get my CC to go after them, Lack of communication be careful.

Bought a coat for my wife perfect coat and she really liked it

No return address and no one answers any emails to get product returned. Considering cost of product, e2e sales processes is really poor.

Love the coat i ordered at Sandeluxe Manchester love it.

avoid at all costs i am being ignored completely for a refund the dress does not fit and is poor made you only have 14 days for a refund so i expect they are ignoring me till then so i can’t get this refund as i have read other comments and they are the same on facebook

Awful, awful, I’ve never had such a terrible experience. First of all the denim dress did not look like the picture, secondly the dress was too big so sent back and exchanged for a smaller size. The second dress was still too big. Sent back and asked for a refund to be told no sorry out of the 14 day return policy.
I paid £12 in total to send back both dresses. So now Im without the dress or a refund! How disgusting to treat customers this way. I won’t be ordering anything from Sandeluxe ever!

They have been very communicating and resolved an issue quickly and promptly with my order. Dress lovely as described
