Lovely, unique wall clock
I placed an order for a wall clock on April 14th. I made contact via email to Matt, who replied on a Sunday, which I was very impressed with. He informed me that it would be shipped either on the Monday or Tuesday. I tried to call Matt on Weds as the tracking info wasn't updated and the phone number came back as invalid number. I then emailed Matt and he replied straight away by calling me. He apologised for me not being able to call him for to the fact his Internet provider had gone bust meaning the phone line had been disabled. He was really nice, helpful, and reassured me that it would be with me today, which is was.
It's a lovely clock, really unique and we're very happy with it. It came wrapped up so secure, marked fragile and 100% what we wanted.
Thank you Matt for our purchase, you were very helpful, we would recommend your company to anyone, and would buy from you again. Sorry I was being a bit impatient about its delivery, it is a really unsettled time for businesses, and you did your best for us. Thank you.

Very concerned after reading reviews no one is monitoring emails and telephone number invalid after debiting my credit card for a large some feel very uneasy I have to say. I will call credit card company today to try and stop payment. Wished I’d read reviews before I proceeded with order. The invalid telephone number is weird.

Zero star customer service
This is an update on my previous review: I still have not received my lamp ordered on 2nd February and the phone number on the website is now invalid. Very disappointed, especially after being promised by some called Matt, that it's definitely on it's way. Just held up in the current world-wide port congestion. Very bad customer service. I would give zero stars if possible

Poor customer service and communication
I ordered a lamp (£169) on 1st January and am still waiting for delivery on the 29th March. There is no answer to phone calls and despite 3 requests by email for a refund I have had no confirmation. Exceptionally poor communication throughout the process. This seems a recurrent theme from previous reviews
Unhelpful and uncommunicative
I ordered a Standard Lamp from this company on 19th January as I had looked at several other sites which said that the particular lamp I ordered was out of stock. When I saw the standard lamp on their internet site and it didn't show as not a stock item, I was over the moon. Delivery was described as 7 - 28 days. I have contacted the company several times requesting a full refund as they are not able to fulfill the order to my satisfaction. They have been deliberately obstructive and so far have not offered me my money back so that I can get my lamp from another supplier. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone .

I recently ordered a blanket type throw from Sand Cornwall. Their communication and service was first class. I received the blanket a couple of days later and was extremely happy. The item was of high quality and just as pictured on their website. I will order from them again. Highly recommend them.

Received a lamp from this company 2wks…disappointed.
Received a lamp from this company 2wks ago, it was smashed to pieces, returned by registered post, on 15th of September, but have not had any acknowledgement back from them, even though I have sent 2emails asking them if they have received the parcel, very poor service. The letter that came with the item, stated if any problem, they would gladly refund or replace.
