Sent the wrong order
They did not send me an order confirmation, and when I reached out to ask if I could return the order and whether they could help accommodate me given how expensive the duty fees can be with this company, I was essentially told to return the order and repurchase it.
After doing business with this company for years, I would have expected a little more consideration and customer service, especially given the circumstances. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very poor impression, and I will not be doing business with them again.
It is what it is, but there are many other companies that offer much better customer service, professionalism, and appreciation for their long-term customers.

love the wallpaper and overall quality
love the wallpaper and overall quality. The shopping and shipping experience was good. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was that there is a spec of blue ink that looks like a minor misprint and its repeated in the same spot over the full pattern. It's small and not really noticeable unless you know where to look but we noticed it while hanging the paper and it defiantly looks like its not supposed to be there.
