Pre-ordered an item in their shop and after a failed delivery it got returned to sender. I desperately turned to customer service as soon as I noticed something was off about the delivery since I really wanted the item, for which I have been waiting for for months by that point and which was sold out on the site. I told them what happened and politely asked them to re-send it to me which was declined a few days later without further attempts to solve the issue. I got the refund quickly but I am - to this day - very upset that the item - which upon being returned was technically still available and reserved for me, couldn't have been simply re-sent. My last two mails regarding the issue were never replied to by the helpdesk-team which forced me to accept a situation that could've been solved and would've made me a happy customer instead of someone who will remember and avoid this store in the future.

I recently ordered three items from the Pulp online store. Two items arrived successfully, but my third item was missing. I reached out to Sandbag and received a quick response. They apologized for the error and corrected the mistake immediately. They shipped my missing item free of charge. Wonderful, fast, and courteous service. Maddy from Sandbag assisted me in correcting the error and I sincerely appreciate her help. A great experience!

The customer service was exceptional, my faulty disc was replaced immediately, unfortunately the replacement isn't much better, it doesn't jump but it has lots of very annoying clicks on it.

Every time I deal with Sandbag customer service I get a run around. They never have the info on my items that get delayed for months and they never send shipping confirmation so I can be prepared for the package to arrive. This time I received a damaged item and get nothing but run around from from them.

This company has to be a scam
Ordered a faithless splatter vinyl and tee shirts in June for release on Sept 5
Still no tee or vinyl
No response from message on phone
No response to 2 messages on the online form
No response to three emails sent
Terrible
Have called 10 times now no response for a company whose customer service is open 9-10pm shocking please avoid like the plague

When I made request to change delivery address, my request was sorted out within a few days. Email said that the representative will contact me within a day but as they are busy too it took a bit longer. At least I didn't had to fill in any forms after waiting. As per information given in a first email from them I will use adresas change form. If there's a next time.
