The price was excellent and as I had…

The price was excellent and as I had tried to buy them twice before but was unable to get my size I was very happy to find them on your website.
They arrived quickly and all was well until I put them on.
One strap on the left sandal is longer than on the right and is quite noticeable. I am disappointed to say the least.

Really delighted with these Sandals.
Second pair of strive sandals that I’ve bought.Really comfortable and supportive.
Have just recommend Strive sandals to a friend recently as she has just ordered her first pair.

Untrustworthy - Check orders very carefully!!

My advice is check every order very carefully before you try anything on as I have been unable to make a return after being accused of wearing a pair of shoes.
I tried these shoes on once in my bedroom on carpet and put them back into the box immediately as they did not fit. I have not been provided with proof that these came to me in a pristine condition despite asking.
Be very careful dealing with this company and I would avoid the hassle to be honest. Their shoes are available elsewhere for the same price. Returns are also not free and quite expensive if you do not reorder.

Please note: I wrote this review at the end of a lengthy exchange with the company as I tried to get my money. My advice is avoid at all costs - not worth the hassle.

All orders are briefly checked before leaving our warehouse to ensure the correct product is in each package. All of our sandals are new, directly from the manufacturers, so there is no reason you should receive a pair of sandals that are dirty or used.

We are a small family business and pride ourselves on trying to offer a great customer experience. We specialise in selling sandals and try to be the experts in the products we sell.
