I won a bid on a collection of Hungarian stamps but a month went by and it had not arrived. I contacted Sandafayre and they issued me a refund and said if the material ever arrives, I could contact and pay them. Eventually the collection did arrive and I arranged repayment. I admired their friendly customer service and trust.

I would not waste your time going here.
After driving over two hours to have my late father’s stamps valued, I was greeted by someone rushing down the stairs flicked through my father’s collection book didn’t even seem to look at all the stamps, didn’t acknowledge any of the stamps called it a junior collection, Failed to open any of the envelopes that contained the most valuable stamps! I clearly called at the wrong time and was just an inconvenience to him! Disgusting service when they look for a 17% commission!!
what they failed to realise, and I would of discussed if he had shown me any courtesy, and spent the l time, this was the second valuation and I was after a second opinion because I’ve already had a evaluation on some of the stamps of value. So where I see this as their loss I would hate somebody to waste their time going here and having the same experience.

Sold my late Husbands Stamp collection (Mainly Gibraltar, but did include some older British Commonwealth stamps) through Sandafayre.
Company indicated anything later than George V1 was not worth much due to being produced in the millions. Decided on going to Auction because price offering to buy them immediately was very low £145.00 Auction Set £300-400. Didn't sell in Auction they then decided they had over estimated
Auction value. Then offered me £165.00. I accepted because there were far to many to try and sell them myself on Ebay.
Almost 6 months later I still feel Absolutely ROBBED.
Would not recommend.

I bid the minimum allowed 525 pounds on "NETHERLANDS - BEHEMOTH SUPER SORTER CARTON 1850's - 2000's", and received 24 albums of mostly low value junk stamps. Thoroughly disappointed, I reached out to the auction house - and they offered apologies and a full refund (in accordance with their mail bid customer satisfaction policy)

This company is a nice English stamp auction house. I bought lots of items from them. They are extremely helpful. Never had problems. They are very tolerant. And I like it. Email alerts are extremely helpful. All country list is very very good love it.
