Outrageous Negligence — Never Ordering from Sanareva.es Again
I ordered Vivomixx probiotics, a product that must be stored and shipped refrigerated, with strict cold-chain temperature control.
Sanareva.es sent them to me in a regular cardboard box, without any thermal protection, without cold packs, and by standard courier — the delivery took more than 24 hours.
I paid 90 euros for probiotics that arrived completely outside of their required storage conditions, which means the bacteria are very likely dead and useless.
This is a serious breach of proper pharmaceutical handling, and it shows a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility.
To make matters worse, I submitted a complaint through their website’s contact form — no reply, no acknowledgment, no solution.
I absolutely do NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
If you care about receiving medical products in correct condition, avoid this shop.
