It was not explicitly explained what express 1-2 days could mean if you are in the EU location. Basically 1-2 days express delivery does not work because the goods are always held at the border for tax clearance (23euros in my case)
After payment is received then the goods are released for delivery to home address. This can take as longer than 1-2. If I was informed clearly about this issue I would have not paid the extra money 23.60 euros for express delivery. This was a waste money for nothing

We want to reassure you that upon learning about the damage to your parcel, we acted promptly. A replacement order was dispatched immediately and, according to our records, arrived in good condition within 24 hours of your complaint, as confirmed by the delivery photo and DPD records.
In our commitment to resolving this matter fully, including managing the insurance claim with our delivery partner, we have attempted to contact you via email since the day of your review; we kindly requested photographic evidence of the damaged product to aid in this process, but unfortunately, we have not yet received a response to any our messages.
