Ordered a number of items off Samson Athletic, can’t fault the quality or sizing, love their products.
Recently purchased three pairs of socks from them, perfect fit and very comfortable.
Their customer service is first class, I emailed them on a Saturday afternoon with a query, the Customer Service team responded almost immediately. Never had this kind of response from any company before.

I ordered the Shred Zeppelin Ladies Tie Dye Cut Off Tank (Size XL - 16) from Samson Athletics on 25th April 2025. Unfortunately, the item was too large, so I returned it on 17th May via Royal Mail, which was delivered and received by them on 19th May. I enclosed a clear note requesting an exchange for the same item in a size L (14).

Despite assurances from Sam Cordingley that a replacement would be sent out once checks were completed, I have yet to receive the exchanged item. I have followed up via email on 4th June and again on 9th June, but have had no response whatsoever.

Not only am I now without the t-shirt I paid for, but I’m also out an additional £4.95 return postage fee (which the company doesn’t cover). The complete lack of communication and follow-through is extremely disappointing, and I would not feel confident ordering again based on this experience.

I hope this review prompts a resolution - I would still appreciate receiving the correct item I paid for over 7 weeks ago.

UPDATE (20th June):
Since posting my review, I’ve received an email from Sam at Samson Athletics explaining that the delay was due to an unforeseen hospital stay. I have now received the exchanged item (in the correct size), and they also included a free top as a gesture of apology, which I really appreciate. While the communication could have been better initially, I’m grateful for the resolution and the goodwill shown.

Always quality t-shirts. They do take a little time to print and therefore you have to be patient, now I’m aware of that i’m happy knowing it won’t be a next day delivery!

Worth using for the designs, fit and quality in my opinion.

Bought a sleeveless tshirt/tank for £24.99. Top quality is very poor, really thin almost see through even though it’s black. I appreciate it’s hand printed but it took 10 days to dispatch. If it was £15 I’d be okay with it but £24.99 is too much for a top of this quality.

I came across this brand online a couple of years ago and their catchy designs caught my eye. So I bought a few things to see how they would fit.
Omg! I love their kit! The material of the vests are really soft and I’ve washed mine loads and the colours don’t fade either. Yay!
I’ve recently bought some of their most recent collection of their workout vests and I love that the quality is still spot on! The sizing is perfect too!
I’ve had so many people comment and ask where my vests are from! Happy to recommend this brand to everyone 😍🙌🏽

I ordered a shirt for my sisters birthday- because a lot of the designs are printed to order, the estimated shipping time was right on top of her birthday. I emailed Samson, hoping that they would be able to help and they went above and beyond to get the shirt to me before this. It arrived with time to spare and was really lovely quality too, a wonderful soft material.

I would definitely buy from this company again, thanks to their very caring customer service!! ❤️

Fantastic brand and business! Love this company - the unique designs, attention to detail and garment quality all are next level. Customer service and communication is also excellent especially for a small business, with all queries answered promptly and with a straightforward and seamless ordering process. Such a great authentic fitness brand in an era of mass-produced mediocrity!

Received 3 tshirts on the 26.11.24 and they were poor quality and fit very small. Returned them on on 5.12.24 via recorded delivery and received confirmation they were received by the company, but they are still holding my money and won't return my funds. Have sent proof of delivery to them and they are now ignoring my emails. I wouldn't recommend anybody buy from here as the tops are overpriced for what you get and the customer service is all but non-existent.

I recently ordered from Samson Athletics (samsonathletics.co.uk) and had a mixed experience. Initially, I faced some delays and communication issues with my order, which was disappointing. However, once I received my items, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and designs of their garments. The shirts were amazing, and the step-by-step updates on my order journey were a nice touch. Their team was responsive to my queries, and despite the wait, the overall experience was positive. I'll definitely consider ordering again in the future. Four stars!

I recently purchased some shirts from Samason. Unfortunately, the prints on a couple of shirts started to lift after the first wash. I contacted Samason to report it and they didn't hesitate to send me replacements. Very easy company to deal with who went the extra mile for me.
Would definitely recommend.

I placed an order on Sep 30th and still haven't received my items nearly a month later.

No email had been sent to inform me that the order had been shipped.

I've sent emails to customer service and had no response.

Very disappointing as items have come through in the past & have been of a good standard.

Love the Tshirts, very responsive and answered all my questions. Items arrived fairly quickly and were well packaged.

Just received my order and I'm in love! The quality of the garments is amazing and the designs are really cool. Really impressed and can't wait to wear them in the gym. Delivery was exactly as they said and loved the step by step update on my garments print journey. Will defo be back for more!

Great tees. But of a wait, but it’s worth it, will definitely be back

I didn't get a notification that the items had been shipped. After waiting weeks for them to not arrive and numerous emails to them I eventually got a reply asking if I still wanted the order. I regretfully decided to give them a second chance to wait weeks again for the items to not arrive. I have emailed for a refund. I placed the order 12th Aug, it's now 30th Sept. Really disappointing.

Absolutely amazing shirts! 👏 100 percent recommend, not just because the shirts themselves are fabulous but they actually kept me updated every step of the way and I like the extra touch of telling me how the shirts are made and what to expect with time scales.
I will buy more in the future

Haven't received my order which was placed in July, have tried to contact twice through their online request form and email address but with no acknowledgement as yet. Disappointing, as had checked reviews prior to ordering and saw generally good reviews.

*update* - received a response from Samson Athletics with a refund, which was appreciated.

Great customer service and communication. Products very good quality.
If people are unfamiliar with them, they do take a bit longer to arrive as they produce them by hand when the orders come in so just be patient :)

Ordered 3 shirts for my son's birthday.
We chose three different designs, all of which are great. Shirts arrived in due time, (worth noting they take a few days to come as made to order).
They were well packaged, and well made, and fit him really nicely.
Company are easy to work with, email only contact but picked up and responded to really quickly.
Nice video sent to show the process of the shirt making.
Will definitely be back.

Amazing experience.

Ordered vest tops for a CrossFit competition and when we asked if we could get them ASAP to ensure they arrived in time, Sam made it happen!

They went over and beyond to get the order fulfilled in time and the tops are great quality.
